PIHA POLE POSITION

Hello and thank you for your review. * As stated to you a number of times for just an extra $20 per night the property is a two bedroom, not one. * Yes it is indeed one of the most spectacular views in Piha, thank you. * Yes glad you were appreciative of the discount sent to you due to your request. * Comment re deck railing noted and is being rectified. * Yes the sofa is old but extremely comfortable. However, no doubt it will be updated in the not too distance future. * The shower is completely adequate and the pressure is not too high due to the fact that we are on tank water. Have not received any complaints about this in the past. * We don't consider there to be anything wrong with the crockery. * No one lives on site and unfortunately we have been dancing around very inclement weather as of late. However garden and lawns (small as they are) have been rectified. * When you refer to a huge very ugly industrial building.....you are referring to an old glass house. This is situated a fair distance from the property and to the right. This is not owned by Piha Pole Position and the owner has no jurisdiction over it so we would suggest you just enjoy was is one of Piha's best views. All the best for the future.
