Very modern, this fully air-conditioned villa offers an amazing view on Flamands Bay, the ocean and the islands of Saint Martin and Anguilla. Flamands beach is within 2 minutes driving distance. The sporty people could walk to the beach.

The living and the kitchen are air-conditioned and offer a stunning view of the ocean and Flamands Bay. The master bedroom is connected to the living and has, besides its private bathroom, an outside shower. The second bedroom is situated at the end of the Deck and the pool. Like the master bedroom, it has an amazing view of the ocean. The third bedroom is located on the lower level.
