Great stay

This was a great place for our family to stay. We loved the pools & hot tub. We felt safe in the gated community. We took walks around the community every day. The condo was very modern and nice.

Perfect for what i needed

I had family business to attend to in the area so this unit was perfect for my needs for the week. There was a storm or something which knocked out the AC but the owners were immediately responsive and had it back up and running ASAP. Next time I'll bring the family as this is a perfect unit for a family of four. Thanks for providing exactly what I needed!bring the family as this a tfamily of 4.

Vacation

Perfect for what we needed it for. The drive to the ocean wasn't terrible and this location puts you in the middle where you could drive to either side of the state within a few hours. It was clean, quite, neighbors were friendly, and helpful. The pool was nice, and not overly busy which made it relaxing. The lake "out back" was beautiful and a nice little walk, the sunset was gorgeous. The community was kept clean. The check in process easy, loved that it was a secured check in process. We would return.

Quiet, clean, and safe gated community

Very clean, quiet, and safe neighborhood. It met our needs for a place to stay. We did not intend to spend a lot of time at the resort or use the pool or amenities. It's not a resort on a golf course, however, there appeared to be golfing in the area. The appliances were fine and it had what we needed to cook a meal, etc. The beds need an upgrade, they were not very comfortable (low-grade mattresses on squeaky beds) but we also have high standards when it comes to that. Overall, it was clean, quiet, and safe. We didn't have any issues with our stay.

A Bit Misleading

The positives about the unit: very clean, and the inside photos are very accurate. A good value for what you are spending. The host responds to emails quickly. Sadly there were several items missing in the kitchen and other: • Can Opener • Wine Cork Opener • Steak Knifes • Cookie Sheet • Pizza Cutter • Whisk • Mixing Bowls • Cleaning Supplies for toilets, showers, etc. • Vacuum Cleaner • Light Bulbs, The Master Bathroom had one bulb • Wet Mop • Extra Toilet Paper • Extra Paper Towels and a holder They listed a dishwasher at the time but when we got there it had a sticker on it that said it wasn't hooked up. They list a grill but it is a community grill at one of the pool areas so you can imagine our sadness when we showed up with all our outside grilling goodies for our 3 week stay. If an attempt would have been made to provide supplies, hook up the dishwasher and provide light bulbs, while we were there I think it would have said allot about their effort. The outside photos shown are of the neighborhood which is very nice and everyone we met in the community were very friendly. If I had to guess I would say its probably 60 to 75% permanent renters and the remaining snowbirds of some sort? When I asked about how to get on their golf course prior to our trip I was told I would have to contact them directly as they had no affiliation instead of there is no golf course and that it was never built! The golf center and local restaurant are non existent as well.
