Morning coffee listening to the waves crash on the beach. This unit has a Queen bedroom with built in cabinets, a comfortable mattress, and tasteful decor. The unit features many other tasteful upgrades, including an updated bathroom with new sink, new flooring, as well as a completely updated eat in kitchen with new cabinets, appliances and quartz countertops. The queen sleeper sofa makes for a great additional sleeping area.

This bright and open unit provides a resort feel without the prices of a resort. With Coligny Plaza just across the street, featuring dozens of shops and restaurants, as well as a grocery store, you may never have to use your car during your entire stay! This villa also includes 2 free Adult Bicycles that are perfect for bike rides on the beach, quick trips to the store, or sightseeing around the island using its 60+ miles of bike paths. 4 Beach chairs are also provided with this villa, allowing you to start your vacation the second you arrive.

We love this property and location. It is right on the beach and directly across from Coligny center that has everything you need. The bicycles were an added bonus since we always have to rent and return which can be inconvenient. We've been staying at the Breakers for years and this condo is completely remodeled. The beach view is good from it's 2nd floor location, but wish the palm in front was lower!

The condo itself was wonderful. The crew above us was quite heavy on their feet early in the morning. All the amenities were great though. We spent most of the time out and about but the condo was perfect to come back to.

Very nice but small

We enjoyed our stay the condo is very small 2 people is all i would want to stay there. The bathroom is exceptionally small but things were well kept and clean and in good working order.

Great little condo, perfect location!

This little condo was perfect for our little family—2 adults, 2 little ones. The location is perfect! Right on the beach and right across the street from Coligny. Was so nice! The condo was clean and just as pictured. Both beds were comfy. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we need. If we make it back down to HHI, this place will be on our list!

Summer 2024

We loved the location and the ability to walk or bike anywhere we needed to go. The unit needs privacy or room darkening curtains as the one they have are sheer and don’t block out any light. The unit was clean except for the floor. My crawling baby had black knees and feet from the floor. We had to request bedding for the pull out sofa. When they did bring us sheets, they were for a twin size mattress and didn’t work on the bed. I would suggest bringing your own sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa if you plan to use it.
