Nice host and neighbors.

House adequate in size and amenities however the backyard was super small and grass not cut. Brought my dog and she had a bit of a problem doing her business back there. The bathroom I used (guest) was not clean enough for my standards. Found long body hair in shower and toilet . That alone turned me off

Hi Arthur, we’re glad you found the home adequately sized with the right amenities and enjoyed the friendly host and neighbors! After reading your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, and they wanted to share the following:– The grass wasn’t cut during your stay due to rain, but it has since been mowed. The backyard is small, as shown in the listing photos, and we strive to set clear expectations for guests.– We’ve addressed the guest bathroom with our cleaning team and are updating our standards to ensure better attention to detail. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Pinson uncomfortable

Access was easy. Very nice clean neighborhood. Living room furniture is either tired or inexpensive. Very uncomfortable. Master bed was excruciatingly soft. Instruction booklet was outdated and incomplete. Definitely needs to be re-written. Feel this unit was overpricedfor the amenities

One of the best ever!

We had been looking on other sites for a place to stay in or near Birmingham. I checked Evolve and found this great place just 7 minutes from where we needed to be. I couldn't have been more pleased. The description fit the actual house, and we were very comfortable while there. The bed (we only needed one) was just right. The house was clean and cool (important in summertime). It was easy to get in and out, and a grocery store wasn't too far away. The owner stopped by with the Welcome book and apologized for it being missing. There were lots of K-cups available for use as well as regular coffee. The house was clean and inviting as we entered. Traveling with 2 pets can be a challenge, but not here. Everything was as good or better than expected. We will definitely plan our next Birmingham visit to include a stay in this rental.

Nice neighborhood. Large open house. Very roomy inside. Beds are comfortable but only doubles; Not much room for two sleepers in one bed. I’d stay here again.
