Disappointing to be expected to clean when the overall condition of the house is poor. Obvious that cleaners do the minimum as evidenced by insect remains and spider webs around windows. A large redback spider seen on bottom step.

Cosy Cottage with Lots of Character

We had a lovely stay in this cosy cottage. Toasty warm with the fireplace and heat pump and lots of character.

Nice place but some disappointments

While the house was well presented, clean and comfortable there were a few concerns. We could only open one window in the whole house. The bath was a concern. There was a warning to stand only in the middle of the bath or it would tip. It also leaked and was a safety hazard stepping out of the bath onto a wet floor even with a mat. There were also some issues with the kitchen. We could not find one usable saucepan in the cupboard as they were all scratched and rusted. We managed to find a frypan to use. It appears there are a few areas that need to be upgraded. The back garden was very untidy and disappointing.
