Super cozy, and the bed so comfortable you didn't want to get out of it! Location was darn near central yo all the things, including The Abbey Estates where we attended a family wedding. VRBO was just doen the road from historic downtown Waxahachie. Will definitely stay again!! Host very easy to stay in contact with and quick to repond!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, because it is FANTASTIC! We love the space for our family of four, and having the master bedroom with en suite attached bathroom is perfect. We will definitely be back!

This is a very beautifully decorated and well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen things etc. It was very clean and it was very well set up. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and quiet House

I loved the way this house was styled! We really enjoyed the back porch for breakfast in the rain. It had plenty of room for everyone and it was great to be able to park in the garage.

Charming with lots of space

The host contacted me before we traveled to ensure I had all I needed for arrival and throughout my stay as I had questions. I had my wife and daughter with me, but there was plenty of room for two more. I would definitely recommend this property.

Friend and I spent two weeks at the property and absolutely loved it. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It stayed cool during the heat of the Texas days. Loved having access to a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. Our local contact was very responsive to our needs. Conveniently located with easy access to I 35E and Highway 77. 3 minutes from national shopping chains, grocers, and fast food joints. Close to a variety of churches and a revitalized main street. We took the back roads to avoid interstates during rush-hour and never sat in traffic. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in a home while away from home.
