Perfect place for three couples!

We loved our stay! It was so lovely to fall asleep at night listening to the rush of the water right outside our windows! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and convenient to the whole summit area. It's a wonderful layout for three couples to all have their own private space. Kitchen is very well equipped! We would definitely book again!

Ideal Multi-family Rental

Wonderful townhouse walking distance to Mtn House and Peru Express. And the added bonus of a bus stop right outside the complex to get over to River Run. Two parking spots (garage and driveway) were ideal for this multifamily vacation as so many places in the area only offer one. Rooms were great with King beds in 2 bedrooms, for the parents, and the downstairs bunkroom and couch worked perfect for the kids. Appliances are up to date (large fridge) and no shortage of small appliances, cooking utensils, and storage containers. Movies and games are available and even played a little cribbage with the kiddos. Owner was very responsive and nice when we reached out with questions. Would highly recommend this townhouse and would definitely rent here again.

Great Property!

Terrific location, great condo, outstanding host. While we knew that we'd be pretty close to the lifts, we were totally surprised when we discovered just how close... like ridiculously close. Not ski in/out close, but a quick walk (even in ski boots). The photos on the site don't do the condo justice - it's homey, tidy, accommodating, and well-stocked with everything you'll need for cooking, etc. - and the layout was great for our family. The best part, though, was the host. She was quickly responsive in addressing the one significant issue we had... and was friendly and generous in the exchange. We'll definitely stay here again on our return trips to Keystone. Thank you!

Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The property was so well equipped with so many extras!! Plenty of towels for everyone was fantastic. The location was perfect and close and convenient to everything. The townhouse layout was great as everyone had their own space and the kids had their own downstairs living area. We will definitely be back.

Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The space was great for 2 families to share. Kids and adults both enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace. It was an even closer walk to the Peru lift than we anticipated. Was very easy to walk with kids & gear across the street and through the parking lot to the Mountain House base. Getting to River Run was also super quick and easy using the Green Line bus. Property manager was very responsive and kind when we needed assistance. We would definitely look at booking here again next time we visit Keystone.

Location and Amenities!

Wonderful, cozy townhouse on the green line shuttle! We had a total of five people in the home and there was more than enough space. Ample amenities so you don't have to pack a lot! The kitchen was well equipped with spices, and every cooking utensil/pot/dish that you would need. Bathrooms all had plenty of plush towels. Towels for the hot tub were conveniently near the doors. Washer/Dryer. Key pad for entry. Comfy beds with nice crisp sheets. Humidifiers in each room. A few family games to choose from. Lots of DVDs (although we didn't use). Little nook to get some last minute work completed. Location: Perfect! Right outside of the Mountain House lifts. We had someone that was scared of heights so we had to take the River Run gondola. We actually drove to the free lots since it would be a shorter walk, but we saw the green line shuttle often. If you are traveling during peak season, I would recommend the shuttle over driving. A great home to share a memorable trip with family and friends. The photos really doesn't do it justice as to how beautiful and clean it is inside.
