Very beautiful place. Family loved it. Great for our family of ten. The hot tub cover didn’t fit well so it wasn’t very hot and the fireplace didn’t work.
Location was 5-8 minutes from everywhere we needed to go in Breck. House was large enough for 2 families to stay comfortably. Quiet and pretty neighborhood. our only complaint and reason we didn't give 5 stars is that everyone slept horrible on the uncomfortable beds and the upstairs bedrooms could use black out curtains because on the windy nights the motion lights kept us up. otherwise a 5 star stay!
This property was a great place to stay at. It was clean, was as advertised, and the perfect place for our group to stay. We really loved having the shuttle to the mountain just down the street. The only downside was that the beds were not super comfortable, but this could easily be addressed with some mattress pads and new, fluffier pillows. Otherwise, our group had nothing but good things to say about the property. Would stay next year.
Lots of room. Kitchen was quite well stocked. Bedrooms were spacious. A few small warts that come with the age of the house, but good overall. Parking is a bit snug with the other side.
The layout was perfect for our immediate family (husband, myself, and our three kids). My mother-in-law and Dad also came along. It was great for them to have their own rooms downstairs, with their own bathrooms. The kids were able to stay upstairs, as well as having the master up there, so we could leave them alone in the mornings. there was more than enough space for us to spread out to eat, and hang out.We all loved the hot tub as well! Location was perfect for being able to get into the city, but also being slightly removed from it. Great hiking trails nearby! Never got bored!!! Photos from some of the trails nearby. We were able to walk into town, and take the free ride shuttle at least half the way back up if needed!

Great stay in Breckinridge
We really enjoyed our stay at the lovely townhouse. It was very clean and decorated. We appreciated the use of the garage to keep our vehicle out of the snow. We had a problem with the fireplace and heat. We texted the contact person and he immediately sent a repairman. Problem solved. We would stay here again.
The property is outdated and the kitchen is poorly equipped. The bedding and the toilet/kitchen supplies barely meet minimum standards, and we had to request additional toilet paper, paper towels, and pillowcases.Communication with the host was lacking, with slow responses and unclear information. We purchased food to use the BBQ, only to find out late that the propane tank was completely empty. A replacement was provided only after about 24 hours, which disrupted our plans.Overall, there is a noticeable lack of care in the maintenance of the house, with several broken items throughout the property. After checkout, we realized we had left personal belongings behind, and the host has made the process of recovering them unnecessarily difficult, while also being noticeably uncooperative and unfriendly after our departure. The house itself has great potential and is a nice place, but it is clearly not in good hands when it comes to administration and ongoing maintenance.

We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:- Recent updates have been made to the home, including a new electric stove and oven, a rebuilt outdoor deck, and a refinished kitchen floor, so it was surprising to hear the home felt outdated.- The propane tank concern was shared with the maintenance team, and steps have been taken to ensure grill fuel, kitchen supplies, and toiletries are checked before each guest’s arrival.- The belongings left behind were reported after new guests had already checked in, so pickup had to be coordinated carefully to avoid disrupting their stay.Thank you for your feedback as we continue working to improve the experience for future guests.
