The house is gorgeous, the location is perfect, communication was excellent. This was the best place our group has stayed in Breckenridge! The kitchen was fully stocked (you can tell people actually live here). The hot tub was great and the space was just so comfortable for a long weekend! Loved loved loved.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first big family vacation together and we came on a “no snow” year, but for these Texans there was plenty of snow to enjoy! The house had plenty of space and the kitchen was stocked with cookware. The playground down the hill was perfect for quiet mornings and many afternoons of making homemade sledding jumps. The house is in a great location: very quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping, and other nearby towns (Frisco tubing). We cannot wait for another snow vacation!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed as a family of 8 adults in the Pine Ridge cabin. This property is nestled amongst the beautiful pines. The view was amazing and peaceful. The drive to the ski resort was very close and made for a great location for us. (less than 10 minutes) The mountain home is very well taken care of with exceptional cleanliness and everything in an organized order. The home is spacious and provided areas to gather as a group. The management team from the beginning to end was seamless. The emails and text messages from the team made everything easy and communication was above standards. We travel often and this home is very well maintained and what you see on the trip details and photos is what you will get when you arrive and more! Could not have asked for a better stay and priceless memories with our family. Thank you for sharing your mountain home with others.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Blue River! The cabin is spacious and clean, kid and pet friendly. The hot tub was perfect and the views are amazing.

Exceptional weekend

Everything is perfect at this house. Late evening sunsets with bright rays showcasing the evergreen canopy’s on the horizon cannot be beat. Close to town for fast trips to the grocery but remote feel. Love this place!

AMAZING! Fantastic house!

Fantastic!

What a fantastic place for our small group to celebrate our friend's birthday! The views were breathtaking & although the cabin is in a neighborhood it doesn't feel that way as you don't have direct line of sight to other homes. The layout was awesome and allowed each of us to have our own space when we wanted. Very well appointed & close to town. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay with our families! The home is absolutely beautiful, clean, well stocked, the views are breathtaking and we even had several nights of moose visits from the back porch! This beautiful home is convenient and well appointed. This is our second year at Apri Ski. We discovered the trails at the top of Coronet Drive this time and really enjoyed hiking there. Thanks for a great vacation.

Excellent!

We all enjoyed our stay. The home is full of features that make your stay comfortable. The management company left everything you could need. The kids were thrilled with the downstairs pool table and bunk room. Awesome family vacation!
