About this property

Spacious and close to everything.

Renovated home with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious open plan living area and large kitchen that connects onto an elevated deck. Just two minutes walk to cafe's and close to the river and parks. Just 10 mins drive to Southbank and 13 mins to the city.

Our house is two stories. We, your hosts live downstairs and upstairs is available for long or short term rental and has a separate entrance. These two areas are completely private and separate from each other. This rent-able area contains two bedrooms, a fully equipped large kitchen with a coffee machine and induction cooktop that opens onto a Northern deck, an open plan living and dining area, two modern bathrooms.

The TV has access to Netflix and Stan and other free to air channels. Free Wifi is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop.

All linen and towels are provided. There are wardrobes with mirror doors in both bedrooms.

Can accommodate extra guests if requested. A queen size air mattress can be supplied. A travel cot is also available.

This home is run on 100% Green Power sourced from renewable energy.

This is a timber house so you may occasionally hear us walking around downstairs.
