Wonderful Home

The home was great for our stay in Owosso. We were in town for a family reunion and thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent unwinding and relaxing. The amenities were great and we really enjoyed the outdoor seating area with fire table.

Great base to visit with our daughter and son-in-law

This cozy quiet place was the perfect location for us to stay as we visited with our daughter and her family who live only 15 minutes away. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living room was the perfect place to talk and watch grandkids play.

We love this place! Room to have a family visit, plenty of space in the kitchen, quiet neighborhood, and central for us to go out to family as well. We have stayed here several times, and it has never been a disappointment. Nice edition of the fire pit and seating area outside.Amy has been a great host for us each time. We will definitely try to look this location first.

The property was very beautiful and peaceful. Was in town visiting family . Your rental was exactly what I needed to recharge after a day with family. Rental is close to my family and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.

Home away from home

Third time at this property, and always a nice experience. Love the quiet neighborhood central to the town, everything conveniently close. Plenty of space to entertain different family from the area each day. Just can’t say enough. Hope it will be available in the future, it will be the first place we look for. Thanks Amy for excellent accommodations.

2nd Stay New Management

Our second stay in this home and basically what we were expecting. Local host contact was responsive, The bathroom and kitchen weren’t as clean as we remembered. We wanted to stay again this summer but price doubled and cancelation more restrictive with Evolve so we are staying elsewhere.

This was a very nice home with a fantastic yard and location. The only issue was there is unreliable internet. There are four TVs and unfortunately no way to watch anything because of the WiFi is so weak and cuts in and out. It was an AT&T WiFi box which I guess is operating from cell towers. My husband had work meetings online and fortunately brought a MiFi so he could work. If not for the lack of internet, this place is great!!
