Professional cottage on 1/2 acre lot in quiet country setting

This is a newly renovated, cozy, yet professional cottage situated on a 1/2 acre lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is centrally located with great access to downtown St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin, & Tampa. Tampa International Airport is 17 miles away, & the beaches of Clearwater & St. Petersburg are even closer than that!

This cottage is fully furnished with a leather sofa, love-seat, futon, & chairs. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The 2 bathrooms have showers & one has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully furnished with a full refrigerator & freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, pots, & even Lenox china. There is a tea box with teas & coffee from Hawaii (Lion Coffee). Central air & heat as well as ceiling fans create a comfortable environment regardless of the outside temperature.

The full-size stackable washer & dryer is in the back of the cottage so laundry can easily be done (if needed) while relaxing, cooking, or doing desk work.

The den has a 55 inch Roku TV, & a professional desk where one can comfortably perform work duties while enjoying TV or Pandora music, & of course there is high speed WiFi included as well. The Master bedroom also has a Roku TV as well.

Between the detached garage & the cottage is a large patio area where one can rest in tranquility near a garden area with cane reeds which provide privacy from the neighbors. A large patio table with 6 chairs is set up in this sunny area. If you prefer, there is a small sitting area under the front porch.
