• 1 Car Pass is included with your stay. Additional passes may be purchased through Island Rentals. There is a 2 car pass limit for this unit.
• Pools Open April 1st - October 31st. Not Heated.


This stunning remodel at 550 Queens Grant villa is a two-story unit with one bedroom on the main floor and the other two upstairs. This unit is located in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes resort. It's a relaxing walk to the Dunes House, as well as the General Store, Tennis Center, and Golf Clubhouse.

The tastefully decorated living room, with a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to gather around after a fun-filled day at the beach. Alternatively, you can relax in the beautiful and cozy bedrooms. The living room comes with a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional bedding.

The downstairs has a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and its own full bathroom. The master bedroom also features his and hers closets, providing more than enough closet space.

The kitchen features a double sink, oven, and a cooktop for those who enjoy home-cooked meals. There is a plethora of kitchen utensils for all your culinary needs. Additionally, there is a large fridge with an ice and water dispenser, as well as a drip coffee maker for your morning and afternoon coffee. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located right next to the fridge.

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and a jack and jill bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other bedroom has 2 Queen beds and 2 twin bunk beds, the perfect flex room for additional adults or for a family with children.

The Palmetto Dunes Resort Area is a world-class oceanfront destination with three miles of white sand beach, three world-class golf courses, and a tennis academy. You can also kayak through an 11-mile lagoon system, enjoy miles of bike paths, fishing, and beautiful waterfowl habitat. Fabulous shopping, dining, and entertainment options are all nearby. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, water sports, tours, and activities for kids. The Queens Grant complex features two community pools, and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and beach are within walking distance. During the prime weeks, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy will take guests anywhere within Palmetto Dunes, including the marina side of the community.

This is one of the best homes we've ever stayed in! It was clean and updated and had everything we could possibly need! It was a very short bike ride away from the beach. The bikes came with it, and there were boogie boards and beach chairs too! The kitchen was very well stocked. The double shower was awesome! There was plenty of room for us to relax; we felt right at home! We will definitively try to get this home next year!!

The unit was extremely well designed - especially the kids room! Short walk to the pool and easy buggy ride to the beach. Lots to do locally within walking distance. Highly recommend for families!

Beautiful Place for our Family!

The pictures do not do it justice. Obvious the unit was remodeled recently, and is gorgeous and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our family. Bikes included and beach chairs (4). Island Rentals always takes very good care of us. We've stayed in multiple units at Queens Grant and this was by far the nicest. We loved staying here and will be back!

Beautiful

The updates to the unit are first class. Everything was beautiful and VERY comfortable. We wanted to take the sofa home with us. There were 6 adults, and we all had a comfy place to sit and play board games. Highly recommend!

Very pleased

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The interior had been nicely updated with a lovely beach feel and comfy furniture.The location was great, easy to get to. Check-in and check-in were very simple and smooth.While we didn't take advantage of the pool, beach chairs or bicycles, it was nice to know they were options.Our only (minor) complaints are: some of the pans could use replacing, the primary suite bed was much too high and not very comfortable, there were no places to hang towels in either of the bathrooms and some of the drawers in the bathroom vanities and kitchen didn't close properly.We would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

Clean, cute and convenient!

We had a great stay here for work and it has a great bonus of being a short walk to the beach and few restaurants for pleasure! There is a lot of room for families or groups with the bunk room. You'll need to bring your own provisions for the kitchen and toiletries if staying more than a couple of days but if you're looking for a great home base convenient to lots of things, you'll find a cozy stay here! (Bonus..the AC works great for that South Carolina sun)

We had a minor request for the property manager (a broom and or vacuum to help us keep th e unit tidy) and they were super responsive. We would definitely stay there again! Only minor drawback was that there is no drawer storage for clothes in the bunk room. Would be great if the tv stand could be replaced with a small chest of drawers.

Nicely furnished and well equipped. Nice bedroom set up with plenty of room for a large group. Close to golf and general store Bikes provided was a bonus Used the outside grill a couple of times which was handy The pools were in need to cleaning but we visited shortly after bad weather so to be expected Beach was very close and short walk Overall a great home and location for a family vacation

Excellent villa for family

The property was very beautiful and very comfortable for our family of six. We made good use of the four bikes that were included with this unit. It was apparent that the owner put a lot of thought into what a family would need for their stay. We were completely satisfied and would recommend this place for anyone who would come and stay.

Very Pleasantly Surprised!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in Queen’s Grant several times over the past 20 years and loved this unit since it was very close to the beach. When we walked inside we had to check that it was the correct unit because everything had been remodeled and the pictures online had not been updated. The kitchen is amazing with an oversized island and the wall between the dining area and the kitchen has been removed. The washer and dryer were moved to an upstairs closet. Don’t run the dryer when anyone is sleeping because the sensor when it’s done is extremely loud. It is great that there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, and the 2nd upstairs bedroom would be a paradise for younger children with 2 bunk beds. The bathrooms are also a very decent size. The only thing I would recommend is talking to the rental agency about putting in more towel rods for each bathroom since there is a hook and towel tree in the upstairs and nothing to hang towels on in the downstairs primary bathroom. We didn’t use the bikes, but you do get 4 included and there are also 4 Tommy Bahama backpack style beach chairs. Very handy if you’re flying into town. Overall, very satisfied with the condo and highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonably priced unit.
