Devon Elevens central location is a true highlight. You'll find yourself within easy walking distance to Rotorua's vibrant shops, restaurants, and cafes.

For keen mountain bikers, the cycleway on Fenton St will lead you straight into to the Whakarewarewa forest where you'll find a myriad of trails, only a few kms away. The golf course is a short walk from the property too.

Here for the attractions? You'll be spoilt for choice in Rotorua - with geothermal hot pools, tree top walks, Maori cultural experiences, luge rides and zip lines through native redwood forests just to name a few. Most of the major attractions are an easy 5-10 minute drive from this central spot.

Your host is a Rotorua local and happy to provide you with tips and advice if you need it too.

In the space you'll find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable living area as well as a private outdoor patio for alfreso dining.

Bedroom 1: A spacious master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. There's a small sunroom off this bedroom too, perfect for a cot if travelling with young ones.
Bedroom 2: A charming room with a queen bed, ideal for couples or solo travelers.
Bedroom 3: A sunny space with a single bed and a pull out trundle bed, great for children.

For those needing to stay connected, there's complimentary WIFI and a smart TV. For heating there is a heat pump, HRV system as well as a new gas fireplace in the living room - so you'll be warm and cosy! There's a washing machine and dryer for keeping on top of laundry and an outdoor shed for those travelling with bikes. Beautiful fresh, pressed, commercial linen is supplied for your stay so you don't need to bring a thing.

You'll find yourself within easy walking distance to Rotorua's vibrant shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it effortless to explore the local culture and cuisine. And for outdoor enthusiasts, the famous Whakarewarewa Forest mountain bike trails are just a short bike ride away.

We have plenty of off street parking at the property

It is an easy 1.5km walk into the city via Fenton St.

Follow the cycleway 3km to arrive at the Waipa mountain biking carpark in the Whakarewarewa forest. Bike hire is available here too.

We have a strict no party policy here. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
