Awesome property for Rotorua visit. Location is super convenient and nearby to all the tourist attractions. The property was very neat and clean. Excellent for four people stay. Must must recommended. The house had almost everything that is required.

We loved our stay here, we had everything we needed. The house looked just like the photos, was very clean and Kris was great to communicate with. Close to all the usual Rotorua attractions. We would stay here again. Thanks Kris!

Wonderful stay at Tilsley

Impeccable property, quiet location, comfortable beds and well equipped and maintained.We really enjoyed our time here. It was a great location for visiting Te Puia Māori village (highly recommended) and our trip to Hobbiton ( don’t miss!)

Comfy arty home away from home

A comfortable stay with all the amenities needed. Beautiful interior and linen tones with plants and artwork making our stay very relaxing. Spacious living area and rooms for the 4 of us. Appreciate the surprise NZ sparkling wine for New Years, thank you!

The host was exremely responsive and accommodating. The space was great, two bedrooms and kitchen furniajed with lots of quality dishes and cooking pots and pans. It was very clean and obvious that the owners are making improvements i.e. new floors and carpet. The bathroom is dated but again clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again in future.

Family get away

This is a lovely cozy home. Needs a bit of love. Can do with a tumble drier. The kitchen needs some tupperware and extra bowls. Overall it was nice just a pity we were there in a tropical cyclone
