Loved the water access, kitchen, and views. Close to canyon lake and shops/groceries. Bathrooms are dated and a new tub surround would be a nice upgrade.

We came with my brother and his family my sister in-laws brother and wife and my cousin and her family .. I have 3 special needs kids and this was such a great property for them.. and all ages. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there! We will definitely be returning!

Tv needs upgrading. Difficult to operate. Cannot read code numbers on door. Had difficulty locking from outside. Bunk room is downstairs separate from main living area .Relaxing and peaceful

Great place right on the river lots of stairs! But big rock ledge in River kids played on . The bunk room is on bottom level not accessible to the rest of the house, but by outside stairs. Just fyi . Clean and easy to access. Plenty of towels! Parking little bit tricky you can only have 3 vehicles ( including visitors), they have extra parking about 1/2 mi down road for $15.00. We had a great time!!
