Beautiful apartment that is nicely appointed. The view is amazing! The location felt quiet and private, yet very convenient to all things London via walking or the tube. Host was excellent with communications prior and during the trip. We had a wonderful time and will surely come back. Thank you Peter!

Want to rate this place a 3.5 but felt vrbo doesn't allow half-star ratings and the host was responsive and generous, so want to cut them some slack.

Fantastic apartment. We have been to London every year for the last 15 years and this apartment is by far and away the best apartment that we have stayed in. Also, the host, Peter was a fantastic communicator. The apartment itself is in the perfect area for restaurants and just a couple of mins walk to Vauxhall underground

Amazing view and Location

We had an amazing 8 night stay. The view is amazing and there are several transportation options only a few steps away. We loved having access to the Uber boat a minute walk away, made getting around to see the sights a breeze. Quick responses and communication with the host.

Excellent choice for London stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Peter’s lovely Vauxhall apartment. Not only was it spacious, clean and well designed/equipped, but we found the location to be a perfect choice for our family of 5. The view from the balcony was lovely and the Uber boat and Tube access was steps away. The Vauxhall Market was a surprising bonus as it offered a great variety of tasty and affordable meals. Breakfast spot and Tesco at ground floor also were super convenient. Very easy access to Euston train station - just a few stops up the Victoria line. We would absolutely recommend and hope to stay there again!

London Trip

The property was in a great location with a great view. Peter, our host, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My only complaint was that while there was a washing machine, there was no dryer. We had hoped to pack lighter knowing we could easily do laundry there. If you’re planning to do this you need to factor in time for things to hang on drying racks which are provided.

Wonderful base for our London trip

Beautiful apartment, well outfitted and very comfortable for our family of 5. Great location along the Thames near Vauxhall. Very easy to use public transportation. Tesco in the building. The owner was extremely responsive to messages, gave us great tips about the city and logistics, provided plug adapters for us, addressed concerns immediately, suggested airport transfers, and stocked the apartment with groceries at our request. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Dishwasher and washing machine in kitchen with detergent provided. Overall a great base for a few days exploring London. We felt extremely safe and enjoyed the city. Thank you Peter!

Great River Views!

Peter’s place was fantastic - the view to the River is overwhelming, access to the city is very easy, the convenience of the flat as well as having supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, Uber Water Taxi and the Tube on our doorstep made this penthouse style apartment to a perfect London experience. It’s a very well maintained property, immaculate clean with many quality amenities. Each aspect of the apartment was beautiful and the design well thought through. The light-filled living and dining area are so comfortable that it was hard to leave for a city tour. The kitchen offers high-end appliances. Not a question that we would love to stay again!

London Review

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It has great views of the city and the Thames river. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect for exploring the city. There is a tube and train station just a few minutes away at Vauxhall. Peter is a wonderful and attentive host. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and offered a complete overview of the apartment and nearby surroundings. There is so much to do in London. Our 6 days was not enough time to see and do everything we would have liked to do, but we made the most of our time. We enjoyed visiting Buckingham Palace, the National Portrait Gallery, the Tate Modern, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul's Cathedral, the British Museum, the Churchill War Rooms, and St James and Hyde Parks. We also enjoyed a day trip to Windsor Castle which was only an hour away by train. We had great dining experiences at The Riverside, Paper Moon, and Muse. We definitely hope to return again someday!
