The beloved family home comprises spacious living over 3 levels and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with lovely water views, and is located on Phillip Island in Cape Woolami

Indoor Areas


The 3rd story is a large loungeroom space with fantastic views (with a split system air conditioning). From here there is a stairway to the top deck which is 3.5 stories up with 360 degree views

The middle level of the home features the master bedroom & 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, the main living, kitchen and dining area (with a split system air conditioning) as well as a bathroom with toilet. this level also has an outdoor deck with BBQ area & looks out towards national park at Cape Woolami. The safety beach is at the end of the road & just a few minutes walk away

The lower level of the home has 2 bedrooms, sitting area with TV & a pool table / table tennis table in this space (with a split system air conditioning). There is also a family bathroom & laundry area with a Washing Machine & Dryer.

Outdoor Areas

There is an upper deck which can be accessed via the 3rd story living area which has amazing 360 views. There is a deck on the 2nd level that looks out towards the Cape Woolami National Park and Bay area, this is where the BBQ and outdoor seating area is

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, pantry, fridge, dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top.

Bedroom Configuration:

This home has 4 bedrooms & sleeps 12 without using fold out sofa beds

Bedroom 1 (Middle): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Middle): Two Single beds & fold out sofa bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed, with a bunk & single bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): A double bunk bed with single bed above

There is also a double divan/sofa in the 3rd level living area upstairs, suitable for two adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
