The house is lovely, spacious and in a good location. The host gave us good directions and responded to our needs. Unfortunately, I had difficulty communicating as I could not access from my cell phone or the app, but when I called the VRBO office I was connected quickly to the host who responded promptly to our request for supplies.There were a few concerns as we found bed issues: one bed had long hair on the mattress, one had bedding that needed to be replaced (smelled unclean), one had the fitted sheet slipping off. Mattress covers should be on each bed.When the couch was moved in the living room as we were looking for something lost under it, it appeared to need a good cleaning as there was debris found.The couch in the basement had a broken panel, likely as someone had tried to pull out a bed from the couch thinking it was a pullout.The kitchen was well-stocked, however, we could have used scouring pads to clean the frying pans and an electric mixer would be a great addition. All in all, we enjoyed the house and had a good family gathering.

The house was a good size for eight of us to stay. The kitchen/living room was a good area to gather for meals and visiting. However, there were several items that need addressing:- Towels were thin and short in supply. Hard to find some in the small bedroom closet.- Dirt (mud?) under the carpet in one bedroom.- Stains on the couches.- Fan in the upstairs bathroom needs work- Upstairs shower spout falling out of the wall- Downstairs shower missing a handle- We could only find one dishwasher pod- Kitchen was clean overall but small things like the brown sugar container need cleaning- Several burnt out lightbulbs- Wine glasses would be a nice addition.This could be a really good B&B with attention to details.

Overall the house has a lot of potential. There was more than enough space for my whole family. They definitely need to do a deep cleaning of the house. There was a clump of hair on the top bunk( not sure if the bedding had been washed) and other blankets in the rooms were stained/dirty. We moved the coffee table out of the way as it was glass and didn’t want the young kids to damage it and I found gummies and other food hiding in the carpet. Bathroom mirrors were very dirty. The bunk beds seemed like they were falling apart. They also don’t have any sort of air conditioning and when we got there they had the windows open so it was extremely hot. They do have lots of fans but it took all evening to cool off.

House needs a deep cleaning. There were bugs on the bottom level we think from a door where light was coming in from outside at the bottom of the door jam. We had to wash the bedding cause they were also in the beds. Stains on couches, bedding and mattresses. Sent picture to property manager. He said he was a licensed pest control technician and they were not bed bugs. He wanted to come check but we had vacuumed them up by then. Would not recommend.

Overall a good stay

Overall a good stay:- communication with host was prompt and excellent- property relatively clean… could be improved - space very useable - a bit hard to find extra bedding for pull out couches- clean bedding just stuffed in places …rolled in a ball- towels although clean could stand a bleaching- kitchen well fitted with pots pans etc- host willing to help in any way-super easy check in and check out- extra space heaters were a nice addition for bedrooms- all in all a good stay!

Spacious house

This house was great for our 10 day stay for a curling event.Lots of room!I would suggest blackout drapes for bedrooms.

Great location. Great property, hospitable host

Travelled from Winnipeg with my wife, three kids, and in-laws, brother-in-law and his wife (9 guests in all) for a wedding. Easy check in and communication with host was excellent and seamless. One matter arose and host resolved it so well, that I was even more Impressed than had the issue not arose. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us. Kitchen was well stocked even with things that are above and beyond - spices coffee etc. wifi was good. What a bonus to have three bathrooms with 9 showers - made getting ready in the morning so easy. Great amenities awesome location, good hosts. Very spacious and comfortable property. This was a gem in Saskatoon and highly recommended.

Saskatoon wedding stay

It was a great place to stay with the family. The easy access to Circle Drive was very good for us and the venues we needed to get to for the wedding. The little things that would have improved our stay (a little) would be light blocking curtains in the bedrooms and more large bath towels. The curled edges of the rugs in the front entrance and the bedroom near the entrance were tripping hazards. The available sleeping space was great. The kitchen was well stocked although we did little food preparation. I would recommend this location to others.

Great for a group of small families

This house was perfect for our group for the weekend. Our group was 3 small families plus one adult. Each family had a room which was great and the rooms were very spacious. Plenty of room to set up a pack and play. The downstairs and upstairs had a spacious living space which was nice for those noisy mornings with kids when you dont want to wake up the rest of the house. The house was tidy and had more than what we needed. My only complaints would be it could have been a little cleaner and the vrbo ad wasnt inclusive of all the things they had to offer in the house. It was a great surprise that they had all these things but it would have saved us from bringing ours from home had we known they had them.
