Luxurious 1800 sq ft Guest House in the Country

We hope you feel at home here. This private and self contained 1800 sq ft guest house is situated on our home 10 acres. It has a private entrance with keyless entry. The space boasts an open concept kitchen and dining/living room, a recreation/ media room with a 60 inch tv, fire pit , chefs kitchen, in- floor heating (master bath) and many other amenities of home. There is room for six with a king size bed in one room and a queen in the second second as well as a pull out sofa. No pets please.

This home was fantastic for our stay. You may think being outside the city, even only 10 minutes, would not be to your liking. However when planned for, it is a non issue plus the quiet a view of the sky at night can’t be beat. Allie and Marty are fantastic hosts and we got the tour on our arrival of their “animal farm”. Clean home, comfortable, pet friendly, family friendly and would definitely recommend staying there. Thanks again and we look forward to our next stay when in Saskatoon.

This property is listed as luxurious but sadly far from it. My family, including a 1 year old, arrived at the property and immediately saw that the property had not been cleaned. It looked like someone started and just left mid clean. There were cleaning supplies/ chemicals left out. A dirty dustpan on the island and broom/mop left out. The upstairs bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Dead bugs throughout the whole property as well as flies flying around. There were dirty hand towels. The couch was dirty and speck of unknown substances on the back. I found a sewing needle on the side table in the living room. The list goes on. I was able to contact Marty once I got help from VRBO. He offered to come to the property and have it cleaned because the cleaner had been rushed and left without cleaning it I guess. Unfortunately, the property was not just surface dirty. It needed a major deep clean. The walls were dirty, with sprayed substances, handprints and other dirt. Oven was dirty and the fridge/freezer had old food and dirt/dead flies in it. The baseboards were also super dirty. We left as I felt it was just too dirty for my crawling baby (also scared she’d find another sewing needle). It would take hours for it to be properly cleaned and we didn’t have time to wait after travelling 5 hours to get there. Super disappointed! We couldn’t stay because of how dirty it was and Marty did not offer any sort of refund. Definitely don't recommend staying there if it remains in its current state.

We came to pick up a puppy from a breader in Tisdale Saskatchewan and our return trip had to be split in two days so we booked here for overnight. The house was clean and comfortable and ready for us. Our hosts communicated all the instructions to find the place and gain entry. Welcome snacks and bottled water were waiting for us. We met our hosts in the morning and had a lovely chat and met all the animals and all their stories. It made our stay wonderful.

Circle H Wedding venue

We traveled from the US (North Dakota) and booked our stay for our son's wedding. The Circle H Ranch wedding venue was very close which made it very convenient since our other son, daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren (under 8) stayed with us. Marty and Ali are great hosts. Everything turned out wonderful!

A great country side stay

We just wanted to escape from the city for several days while kids were at camps. Allie and Marty were great hosts. Friendly and accomadating. We forgot to bring some eggs, and they gave us half dozen of farm eggs!!! The guest house was fantastic. Clean, spacious, with location just outside the city but emersed in the great outdoor of our prairie. I like birding, and was able to see beautiful mountain blue birds just outside the door! Highly recommended!

Enjoyable stay

Our family had a nice stay at this property. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the private and spacious outdoor area, perfect for our kids to play with the provided balls and skateboards. A highlight for the children was when the hosts took them for a ride on the horse, which they absolutely loved. The house was clean and well-maintained. However, one downside was that it wasn't entirely set up for young children; there was a glass table and no kids' plates, cups, or cutlery available. Additionally, while there was reading material for adults and teens, there wasn't anything suitable for young children. Overall, it was a good stay, and we appreciated the hospitality of the hosts and the outdoor space.

Elegance in the countey

Beautiful property inside and out. Definitely as advertised. Minor issues such as burned out lightbulbs and squeaky doors. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Family-friendly

Had a wonderful stay here with my family. Very nice accomodations with lots of space inside and out. Nice quiet area outside the City without being too far to drive in as needed. Our hosts were readily available to answer any questions and pleasant to talk to. Nice place to gather and relax.

Beautiful home in the country.

This was an exceptional stay for my family of five plus dogs. The home is impeccable, clean and beautifully decorated throughout. A stunning kitchen, multiple comfortable media areas, bright dining area and fabulous master bath and bed are but a few highlights of this home. All amenities (linens, towels, beds, kitchen supplies etc.) were abundant and of excellent quality. No.dollarama discounts here! The location of the home is easy to find and close enough to Saskatoon that trips into the city are easy and quick. There was plenty of space outside for my pups to run, explore and play safely Marty and Allie are very warm, friendly, engaging and accommodating. You could not meet nicer people to be your hosts. Whether you prefer 5 stars, 100% or 10/10 the end result is an absolutely outstanding experience. Thank you Marty, Allie and family for a truly special weekend at your home.

A week to visit family and friends

Allie and Marty were wonderful hosts. The bonus farm-fresh eggs were a delicious treat! We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a restful and modern get-away that is still close to Saskatoon.
