The house is on a residential street with permanent tenants nearby, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful of our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

There is a portacot; please BYO linen.
KEYS Keys can be collected from the Collingwood convenience store at 76 Smith St, Collingwood. The store is an 8-minute walk or a 5-minute drive (700 meters) from home.
Let us know if you're arriving or departing outside these times.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual, which will be sent 3 days before your stay. If you want to return keys outside these hours, there is a mailbox outside the shop where you can leave them (if the shop is not open).
ARRIVING OUTSIDE OF OPENING HOURS Please check the opening hours for your home’s key collection location. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, we can arrange access via a key lockbox for your convenience. Please note there is a $50 fee to set this up.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Unfortunately, we do not get to meet, but this provides a simple, convenient way to enter and exit the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.
ADDITIONAL RULES Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

GETTING AROUND There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
The apartment is quite small. It had only a blow heater to warm, so it was actually quite cold.
The bathroom mirror extends out over the basin so it is hard to use, clean teeth etc.
The company puts a large cleaning fee onto the stay and yet then expects half the cleaning to be done by occupant before they leave which seems a bit rich.
