This is the second time a I’ve gotten together with two old high school buddies, for hiking and relaxing around Breck. It’s a great condo. We stayed six nights. Central location makes it easy to get everywhere.

Beautiful Stay!

We had an excellent stay at this property over the Christmas holiday! The condo is in excellent condition, the master bed was SO comfortable, and we really enjoyed the spacious kitchen for preparing our holiday dinner! The view of the slopes was great, and we enjoyed having so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool and hot tubs were also excellent! I would definitely give this property 5 stars, we felt very spoiled here!

Fantastic place!

We loved our time here! It was clean and beautiful and had all of the comforts of home, not to mention the absolutely beautiful views. We enjoyed the close proximity to Main St and great restaurants and were within driving distance to some really great hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! A+++

Great location and a beautiful condo

The location of the condo can’t be beat! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! We did have a bit of a hassle with the check in as our room was not ready at the time specified and we had to wait for cleaning, but we would definitely stay again! Thank you for an awesome trip!

Great location next to village

We loved the location of this condo right next to town! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Perfect for our summer get away. Condo is beautifully furnished and updated with gorgeous mountain views. This one is a winner!

Breck Ski Vacation

We had five adults at the Bright Haus - the location has great access to Quicksilver lift, downtown/Main Street and restaurants. The Haus has a great layout and very comfortable beds. We reached out to Jeff with a question and he was very responsive. Highly recommend the property.

Perfect condo in Breck

This condo was absolutely wonderful with ample space, beautiful views, and multiple balconies. The location cannot be beat as you are walking distance to restaurants and activities in the heart of downtown Breck. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped with all the amenities needed. Both bathrooms, especially the master, were updated and beautifully designed. Our family had an amazing vacation here and made great memories. Overall, it was the perfect condo for our trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and perfect location

My only negative was the check-in process because we weren't told that parking was free, so we spent over $100 on the first day for parking and then told later our parking was free, so it was really disappointing. Everything else was amazing. The views, the balconies, the location, the bathroom... loved everything! It was so beautiful and would definitely come back!

Perfect Location

We just had a great stay at this property! Very spacious and clean! The kids loved the bunkbed room and the little nooks were a favorite. My kids also thought the little toy basket was fun and a great surprise! Master bathroom was very nice. We also enjoyed all of the balconies! The best part of this property is the location as we were able to walk to anywhere along Main Street as well as get the gondola. Highly recommended this property! The only thing to note is this unit is advertised as having air conditioning, however it is just a portable units in the living room. It ended up being OK as we open the windows and used fans in the room but it is not central air.

Everything as advertised and as pictured. You can NOT beat this location. A 3 min walk (or less) from bldg lobby to either the slopes or Main Street (shops and restaurants). The condo itself is well appointed with Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. All finishes and appliances are fully updated and tastefully done. My favorite was the huge gas fireplace. And as a bonus, the in-unit full sized washer dryer. (Not common for many of The Village condos). But key to saving packing space, especially when you are transporting full ski gear. Lastly, the owners were great. They responded immediately with any correspondence. Usually within an hour. Great Condo!

Great location for a summer Breckenridge vacation

Great property right in downtown Breckenridge! We loved our summer stay here in this beautiful condo. We had 3 of our 5 kids with us, so our daughter got her own room and our 2 teen boys shared the bunk room, which could have easily fit our 2 other boys although floor space may have been a little tight. The boys loved the little cubbies above the beds to hold their chargers and phones and said the beds were super comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out when inside and the master bedroom/bathroom was a nice retreat with a beautiful two-head shower and stand alone tub. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to cook full meals including a Keurig for morning coffee, although my daughter and I enjoyed checking out all the great Breck coffee places, we especially liked Cool River Coffee House (great coffee and breakfast) and The Crown. Location was ideal, we were able to walk to the Troll, Higgles ice cream, the gondola to the top of Breckenridge and all of the fun Breckenridge shops/restaurants on Main Street. Condo was super clean and beautiful view outside all of the windows and balconies, we would definitely stay here again when we come back!

SPRING BREAK 2023

Excellent location (a short walk to lift and town), Extremely comfortable Condo (boot/glove warmer, Washer/Dryer in unit + more), along with Fun filled skiing across the mountain! Our family of five found the condo very comfortable and clean with easy check in, service (key cards are very easily demagnetized), and check out. We have stayed in various units around the Village over the years with this one being the best so far by far. The condo is well equipped with utensils, plates, cups, etc. and we had no problem cooking meals in the well lit kitchen area during our 8 day stay. Additionally the full rack of spices for cooking was a nice touch. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with good mattresses and solid frames. Even the beds in the bunk room were very solid. From years of experience, we can not say that about many of the other units where we have stayed. The in-unit washer and dryer are very nice and allowed us to pack less for the trip. The bathrooms were updated, very clean, and had plenty of hot water (felt good after a long day of skiing). Although we did not use the fold out bed in the living room, the sectional itself was very comfortable along with the easy one-touch controls for the gas fireplace. The large wooden dining table was comfortable and provided space to land computers when not utilized for serving meals. We also had very clear and timely communication from the owners regarding check-in, overall service, and check-out procedures. Again, not something we have consistently experienced with other units over the years. A few small items of little issue: - provide more than 3 trash bags for a week stay - same with dishwasher pods (5 people create lots of dishes) - same with washer soap - Kitchen faucet is very nice - but loose - mount needs to be tightened - bottom hinge on top cabinet door with lazy-susan in corner is loose - I would have tightened if I had a screw driver. Overall - this is an amazingly well kept condo and our family would definitely rent again (although we just checked for our dates next year and it is already gone ... ) Thanks again for a GREAT time in Breck! Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.

The Village at Breckenridge is the best location in Breckenridge. This is where the town and the mountain meet. The location has the Maggie Pond and many events in the Plaza at the Village year round. Breckenridge is a Victorian Mining Town and the town's people take great pride in maintaining that ambiance. This location doesn't require a car. Walk to everything. There is free bus and trolley service that is also available steps from the condo. Ski in and Ski out at the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. The "Village" Ski School is right on the grounds. Beaver ponds are a short hike on the burro trail. Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

At a convention? The Beaver Run convention center is about a 5 minute walk.
