Put your feet up and kick back in the living room on the L-shaped chaise lounge under the comfort of air conditioning and a fresh balcony breeze. The lounge and armchair set are soft and velvety in a sunset of pastel pink and blue upholstery. Blooming floral furniture decorate the room and bring a vibrancy alongside the fresh house plants. A large screen TV sound system and array of books will ensure you get some well deserved me-time. Enjoy meals at home on the charming round dining table with matching blush pink chairs. The kitchen is roomy and bright with a long wrap around bench, a large sunny window and contemporary appliances.

Enjoy a sound sleep in the peaceful and cosy bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a generous king size bed, where you can indulge in an extended sleep in with the aid of air conditioning and block out blinds, or enjoy unlimited entertainment on the large screen Smart TV with all the apps at your fingertips. An ensuite bathroom adjoins the room for your privacy and comfort. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds amongst air conditioning. The main bathroom has a pop of colour with funky and unique blush pink painted tiling. Unwind with a hot soak in the full length bath or a relaxing shower. Feel fresh and at home with the use of the private washer and dryer. When you’re out exploring you’ll love coming home to a secure garage to swiftly park and relax at home in an instant.

Please note that there is no lift available in the building. To reach the apartment, you will need to climb two sets of stairs, each with seven flights.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

Coogee is an iconic beach suburb, alive with activities and natural beauty. Walk to the sand in just one-minute from home and enjoy a refreshing dip. Start the day right with a long walk and do the famous Coogee to Bondi walk along the cliff faces or head to Wylies Baths to enjoy swimming laps in a heritage listed ocean pool, just 13-minutes on foot. Coogee has a vibrant restaurant and pub scene, with Coogee Pavilion a great spot to start as it's just a one-minute walk away. The Merivale venue won’t disappoint, with its multi level layout offering a space for all ages, with a family friendly pub, fine dining and rooftop bar. The nearest supermarket is just 8-minutes away and the nearest bus stop is just a convenient 3-minute walk away.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays of 10+ nights, an additional fee applies (charged separately): 10–11 nights $30 | 12–14 nights $60 | 15–20 nights $120 | 21+ nights $150.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
