Within two minutes, you can walk to the iconic Yarra River and enjoy uninterrupted views of the city, or experience all the amazing cuisine and entertainment delights that line the promenade. This pseudo-Gotham City abode boasts rockstar-inspired aesthetics, two cosy bedrooms, full kitchen, and also offers a shared gym and swimming pool.
Only thirteen minutes walk from the CBD lies this stunning neo-Jacobean apartment located in the heritage Bond Store that oozes the warmth and character of Renaissance architecture and tops it off with a modern-punk twist. Walking in, you will find the open-plan kitchen and living area. A hand-finished appearance is present in the tiled-floor kitchen, where you will find all the necessities for cooking up a meal and a dishwasher for your benefit. Carpeted floors flow throughout the living area with a wall-hung TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and generous natural lighting dancing through the windows.
Lying in the centre of the thematically designed first bedroom is a plush king bed, while the cosy second bedroom offers a queen bed and curated artwork. In juxtaposition with the rest of the home is the bathroom, which sports a sleek monochrome look and houses a bath and shower combination. The toilet is separate, which offers a second vanity for getting ready.
Additional urban luxuries include an in-unit washer and dryer, free garage parking spot for one car, and a residential gym, swimming pool, and sauna.
