Had a really bad experience here. We booked a 20 night stay, but 3 nights in the management company (MadeComfy) informed us about an urgent plumbing leak. Which was not an issue at first, as they told us they would provide alternative accommodation. A couple days later they said they couldn't find alternative accommodation and that we had to leave ASAP. We checked out a couple days later, and requested a refund for the remaining days. Thus began a repeating cycle, speaking to different customer support staff who each told us that they could not give us a refund because we checked out early. There was minimal communication amongst the customer support staff who each had no clue that we were basically forced to check out due to a preexisting issue that wasn't our fault. It's been over three weeks and we have not received a single cent from them, and they have ghosted us. We do not recommend staying in any accommodation managed by MadeComfy.

(Auch mehr Gläser und Geschirr wären wünschenswert.) Dafür gibt es einen hervorragenden neuen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine praktische Waschmaschine mit separatem Trockner. Das Bett ist bequem und mit schöner Bettwäsche bezogen. Die Lage ist zentral, in der Nähe der Restaurants in der Lygon Street, eines Aldi-Marktes und direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle – eine belebte und praktische Gegend. Schöner Blick auf den Lincoln Square und die Universität Melbourne. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz kleinerer Mängel genossen.
