Perfect for our needs

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 4 days and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was a nice one for walks and the water view at the end of the street was a very pleasant surprise. It was very clean and quiet. I would recommend it and would stay here again.

A great home base.

  • 4 of 5

This duplex had all the comforts of home. We were able to see all the sites within 10 to 15 miles. We were allowed to bring our big dog too. Russ the owner was very hospitable. Thanks again

As advertised

  • 4 of 5

Great location if you like downtown as we do> close to i75 went to Naples and Punta Gorda as we have been to this area a lot of times. Good value as well, the only thing we stayed over two months and no cable and local tv reception was spotty, however I learned about Hulu and have direct tv so didn't miss my college bb games. Overall nice visit would repeat.

Nice quaint "old" Florida neighborhood with mature vegetation & large trees.

  • 5 of 5

This property was quiet, clean, comfortable and a joy to use as a base. Very easy to locate yet close to both I 75 and old downtown Ft. Myers. Birdsong all day long, covered veranda, outdoor grill... who could ask for more:)-

Not sure what Broadview Manor is doing in the description, this is not in a complex, its just a duplex among single family homes. Many thanks to Russ, the owner, for his hospitality!
