The space
This luxury detached home provides an open concept main floor making it perfect for spending time with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has a stunning island perfect for entertaining and meal prep.

The dinning room table is expandable and can easily seat 6-8 people. After a day of skiing, relax in the family room in front of a gas fireplace and a 65" HDTV.
There is also a laundry room on the main floor with washer/dryer, sink, expandable hanging rack, iron/ironing board.

Step out to the backyard where you can relax in the hot tub with great views of the mountain and beautiful stars in the sky. There is also a gas BBQ on the covered back deck.

Sleep soundly in the Master bedroom with King-sized bed, located on the main floor with its own bathroom with shower, tub, 2 sinks and heated floor. The Office is also located on the main floor.

Others can sleep soundly in either of the upstairs bedrooms, one has a Queen-sized bed and the other room has 2 twin-sized beds. These upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower/tub set up.
The 4th bedroom is located in the finished basement. This bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and an electric fireplace. It is also right beside a beautiful bathroom with a shower.

The basement also has a home movie theatre with large movie screen and a home gym with: Treadmill, Stationary Bike, Free weights and bench, and yoga mat.
