A Weber Baby Q BBQ is available for guest use, there is an additional cleaning charge of $30 if the BBQ is not cleaned after use.
Downstairs: 3 Bedrooms, open plan living, dining, and kitchen. Laundry, bathroom (separate shower and bath), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite. 2nd living area.
There is a firepit available for use, there is an additional charge to cover the cost of wood. The firepit cannot be used unless the terms and conditions have been agreed to. Please advise ahead of time if you would like to use the firepit so we can ensure there is firewood available. Subject to availability of firewood and fire ban restrictions.
There is a beach cabana tent available for guest use. Shade coverage is 4m2.
Self-contained kitchen with cookware, serve wear, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer.
The whole property is available for private guest use.
There is a pond at the bottom of the property that is not fenced off, young children must be supervised at all times while outside.
