A lovely cottage with newly renovated with large fenced pet yard. Located behind the main house, with total privacy, own entrance down the side path about 200m. Walk 500m to train and shopping strip with cafes, supermarket etc. Upmarket area, home to mainly owner occupiers.
Queen bed is in large upper level (up 2 steps) and single bed is in the alcove on the floor plan marked robe. There is a screen for privacy, but in the same space, no door. Bathroom is a walk in shower, large vanity, washing machine. Separate toilet. Both areas up 1 small step.
Bedroom space open to the lounge with a half wall. Lounge opens to shade covered patio and BBQ at same level. Street parking only, but free and readily available.
