A hidden gem

We truly enjoyed stay at the Cozy Cabin. Located on a quiet wooded lot, the cabin has a rustic feel to it. We liked to walk our dogs along the sparsely traveled road which affords a stunning view of Lake Champlain. Our hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We look forward to our return.

Mark and Corinne were wonderful hosts. They greeted us at the cabin, gave us a tour, chatted with our kids, and brought the dogs out for some playtime. The cabin was so charming, everything we needed was available. Clean, but definitely rustic. The gardens and grounds were so pretty and fun to explore. And the area is gorgeous. The beach at Port au Roche park is very very nice, and we spent an afternoon at Ausable Chasm. Such a beautiful area with lots to do and see. Easy check in and out, lots of nice kitchen stuff. Highly recommend.

This stay was incredible. Corrine and Mark treat you as their own children. The cabin has so much character and you can feel the love that went into it. I loved the peace and quiet of the gardens. We will be back for Taco Tuesday!

Perfect Getaway

This cabin was so much more than we expected! It's spacious, with a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two full baths. The property has multiple cozy seating areas including a large front porch, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is secluded enough to get away from it all, while still being conveniently close to anything you need.The hosts were extremely kind and helpful and took great care with all the details that make a trip memorable. We loved our stay!

Quiet, cozy cabin within easy reach of culture, history and sports.

My 12yr old and I thought we'd take a road trip and see a part of the country unknown to us. We found this cabin to be an ideal place to use as a restful base to explore the area and after, feel like we were at home. The cabin has everything you need and feels welcoming. The hosts are friendly and know the area very well. Montreal and Burlington are fairly close by. But there is even closer local historical interest in Plattsburgh and Ausable, and of course Lake Champlain.There are lots of skiing places too. We were happy to forego that, and take a more leisurely pace.It's a very comfortable house, and I would love to see the garden in summer.

Woderful Experience

Thos,was a great rental. It was clean and had everything we could want. Mark & Corinne were wonderful hosts. Avaible for any questions and great to just have a chat with. Always asked if there was anything we needed and asked if there was anything they could improve on.

Quiet and convenient

I stayed for 11 nights total (6 days followed by 5). For working folks like me, the wifi worked great. The commute to Plattsburgh was easy. I stayed the extra 5 nights after really enjoying my first 6. The lodging was what I was hoping for. It was quiet, rustic and simple. Very peaceful. Nestled in the woods. It was clean and cozy. The hosts (husband and wife) were very kind and accommodating. They do live on the property but not in the building. This is a new venture for them, but they're doing a great job. If at some point I travel back for work (or even for pleasure), I'd stay here in a heartbeat. Would highly recommend.

Quiet Sanctuary

We found the property to be exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean, and all necessary items were provided. The patio area was a delightful place to sit and have morning coffee, and the front porch was inviting as well, in the morning I enjoyed sitting and watching a murder of crow's forage for their breakfast on the front lawn. It was a very safe and quiet location close to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Corrine and Mark were very helpful in explaining the working of the house, offering suggestions and sharing the history of the property, their involvement provided a bonus of making this rental seem more like a B&B than a VRBO rental. Cozy Cabin in the Wilderness

We had a very nice stay at Corrine and Mark's cabin in West Chezy. Great location, close to mountains and biking options and not far from Lake Placid. Our dogs were welcome and appreciated by our hosts. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Overall a great stay!

Great, cozy cabin

Beautiful cabin, in quiet neighborhood! My family and I absolutely loved our weekend get away here. The property was quaint and beautiful, set in a lovely neighborhood. We were able to enjoy sitting on the porch enjoying coffee and wine, walking our dog on the slow paced street, and our toddler loved strolling through the flower beds and berry patches. Highly recommend for your next getaway. We can’t wait to come back!
