Sunsets take center stage at this rustic Lake Champlain west view island cottage. Large private beach offers wonderful access to the lake's clean, clear water. Great for windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling and all kinds of family fun!
2 acres of green surround this quiet cottage with plenty of space to run and play.
Enjoy a respite by the beach, under the shade trees or on the giant front porch. There's a spot for everyone.
3 bedrooms (2 queen, 2 twin), full kitchen, dining room & living room. One full bathroom. The interior is the same as when it was built in 1970, with updated kitchen and bathroom, new floors and furnishings.
