Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on City Rd in Southbank. Just a stone's throw away from Crown Casino and Eureka Skydeck.

We're also a 10min walk to Southgate Ave and Flinders St station.

Enjoy the premiere culture destination in Southbank. Visit the National Gallery of VIctoria, Melbourne Recital Centre, the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art and more.

Experience city's finest restaurants include BearBrass on Southgate Ave, The Atlantic on Crown Towers, or a floating bar & restaurant called the Ponyfish Island.

There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.

I've included most of my favorite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.

Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.

We're only a 4 min walk to Power Street - Tram Stop 112A at the corner of Queensbridge & Power St.

Myki is the card you will need for all public transport. When using a Myki card, please remember to always have sufficient value for your journey as hefty on the spot fines apply if you travel without correct fare or do not "tap on." Trips are about $3.80 for a 2-hour journey, but it all depends on what zones you travel in, if you are a concession card holder and if you buy a day pass.

Myki cards can be topped up at any 7-11 Stores (7-Eleven Eureka Tower) or at many other shops that display the MYKI logo. MYKI machines are located at major tram stops, train stations and at convenience stores and news agents. Please be aware that cards can't be topped up on trams or trains any longer.

Flinders St station is only a 10min walk away from us via Sandridge bridge.

10min walk to Europcar South Melbourne. (56-58 Clarendon St, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia) if you need to rent a car.

If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.

Other Things to Note:
A representative will provide you with the SELF CHECK-IN details.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a queen.

Excellent location for accessibility to AO, and all what Melbourne has to offer.Very comfortable apartment, standing fans in the bedrooms were a nice addition to air conditioning.Enjoyed sitting outside on the comfy deck chairs.Thanks

Location was fantastic

The apartment was wonderfully located. Unfortunately we found the check-in system and checkout very difficult. There was very little information for finding the parking in the dark. No instructions on how to find amenities. We were also very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, laundry still drying in the apartment when we arrived, no clean towels and the fold out bed had very dirty linen. This was after we were asked to check in late to allow extra cleaning time. Once we changed the linen and fiund our own towels we enjoyed our time. First impression was not good, but we made the most of our stay. For check out we had to ask concierge to let us out. Instructions were not very accurate.

Good location, nice apartment

Stayed with family for 5 days. Convenient location and free parking appreciated. Kitchen has most things needed. Aircon unfortunately is not ducted so both bedrooms were uncomfortable on warm nights.
