NESTLED IN THE HEART OF PARADISE…
Stunning views of the ocean and nature surround you in this lovely and newly furnished getaway. Your soul has been yearning for the peace and beauty of island living that this ideal spot in paradise offers you. This 2 bedroom home has all the comforts you could possibly desire while being nestled in the small manufactured home community called "Bone Island". You are only a brief 10-15 Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and famous Duval Street, yet seconds to local restaurant favorites such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Enjoy a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This stilted home is a rare find with all the important amenities you'll need to relax under sultry tropical stars and enjoy all the creature comforts indoors. After a fun day in Key West, exhale and unwind at this perfect retreat. Settle down on your clean and cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite movies (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary suite features a plush king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed for 2. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional accommodations.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Park your boat on the private dock for your entire stay, fish right off the dock and enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic wash the day off in the hot tub and grill up your fresh catch of the day! Trailer parking is not included (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles. Go for a guided or private kayak tour nearby, or have kayaks delivered through our concierge service. Swimming off the dock is not recommended due to boat traffic and strong currents.
**Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are not provided, but our concierge service will be happy to assist you with arranging for rentals to be delivered for your stay!
***The dock is 32 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not included--please contact a local marina.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home and a pet fee is required. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

A Relaxing Vacation Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We did a lot of fishing at the property and soaking up the sun on the back deck. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The property management company was great to deal with. I could contact them and someone would respond. Would definitely stay there again!!

The property was very clean, a few bugs as mentioned but that’s common with being in the water. Communication was great and the house was equipped with everything we expected from a rental. The neighborhood shocked us a little bit as we didn’t realize the area but felt safe in the gated space where the home is. Highly recommend and would visit again for sure!

The only thing and it was no problem but the bottom drawer was hanging funny we did not try to fix it but you may what to have someone to look at it other than that everything was great we hope we can do it again soon

Can't wait to return! Location is perfect, can sit out among the wildlife but close to town for anything you need or anyplace to go adventure. Management was exceptional. If i was to say anything at all the kitchen supplies are sparce but we definitely made due. We hope to return to KW and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Property was not as pictured, those photos are old and need to be updated. The home was very clean we ran into a few cockroaches and beds comfortable But bring everything from cleaners to all kitchen essentials for cooking. Hot tub was not very well kept.The dock was nice to relax at, lots of fish, star fish jelly fish and big lizards sunning themselves by us.If you’re driving and can bring everything great but if you fly in it’s not accommodating

We were very impressed with your unit. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We were in town to visit family so we didn't spend much time in the unit, but appreciated the beach towels, washer and dryer and ice maker in the refrigerator door. We would like to come back for another visit and spend more time outside, but when it's a little cooler. The location was very close to the airport and convenient to restaurants. We would definitely recommend your VRBO to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Key West.

Very clean but bring everything.

The property was very clean and check in was a breeze. Easy golf cart ride to everywhere. The only down side was the fact that there was nothing but the essentials. Bring coffee, seasonings and all bathroom necessities. It's conveniently located to buy those items but you cannot leave anything so be prepared to pack them or throw them away.The dock was great. We sat on it every night. We even got to see the glow worms!We would definitely stay again and we know what to bring.

Small Boat Owner Perfect Place to Stay

We brought our 21 foot center console and used the provided dock space. Other than it being very shallow to get in and out to the main channel, it was perfect for loading and unloading and it was safe with no waves or issues for our six night stay. Management provides intel on boat and trailer logistics. The house was spacious and clean. It’s one flight of stairs. Private reserved code entry parking space. Fenced in tropical oasis with huge mangrove trees overlooking the water. Grillled out each night and enjoyed the hot tub and views. By car we were close to everything that Key West has to offer. We will be back and highly recommend!

Clean with a few issues

Property was very clean and as pictured. There were issues with ants in the bathrooms and a cockroach or two. We left a floatie and speaker outside that were stolen one day when we were away. Otherwise, great property and communicative host.

Nice place

Nice place, listing was accurate and as shown in photos. Had a few bugs the first night in the bathrooms and contacted the property manager who came and sprayed the next morning. Took care of the issue…on the water so expected some bugs. Being on the water was nice and relaxing. Overall good experience!

The house was exactly as listed and was perfect for what we needed. The only downfall was the neighborhood which I dont know if it is exactly a complete negative. The distance to Key West was good. We could definitely run back in between activities if we needed to. It just seemed like the nightly rate didn't reflect the area that the house was in. Of course this was during spring break so they can probably ask for whatever they want. The only time I needed to talk to the host they were very responsive. The fish in front of the house could've been a little more hungry.

Excellent stay, great house

Clean, home included everything you could need. Best of all, communication was clear, friendly, professional and a binder was left with activities, restaurants, etc. Parking spot was clear and easy. Beautiful stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are interested in fishing like we are then this spot is amazing because you can in the backyard! We caught fish and a shark! The whole backyard is sooo nice and meant to entertain plus, there is a spot to cut up your fish. We didn’t use the hottub but it’s there! The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook with tons of plates and cups including martini and wine glasses. The master room has plenty of storage to hang clothes or put them in draws and still tuck your suitcases away. The master bath is very large with even more storage space with a nice shower! We took advantage of cleaning our clothes with the washer and dryer and used the beach towels they provided too!! We ubered to Duval which is only 10-15min away. Street parking for the other people staying with us was never an issue either. The property manager was always prompt to respond to messages and quick to fix one issue we had when we arrived. Last thing is we loved how much space outside had because it’s on stilts so all our fishing gear could stay outside and covered under the stairs and your whole home is gated off! We totally recommend this place and would stay here again.

We spent most of our time sitting by the water and watching the various fish, sea life that would swim by.Though we didn't need one, there is no outdoor grill, nor is there a dishwasher though the departure instructions said to put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.One thing that should be addressed is the sliding glass door that is the main entrance and exit. The track needs to be replaced, or lubricated as it is very difficult to close.Beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well.

Broken blinds and freezing in facility!

We froze in the facility, the temps went down to very low 60's so we had to suffer through not having a furnace nor did the advertisement say it DID NOT have a heater so then its up to me if we stay there, and we definitely should not have. Plus, the doorwall blind was so broken up that it didn't stop much of the sun from coming in. The manager, Dan, was not any help at all and I just hope that I never have to be involved with his "management skills" again as they were terrible!
