Guests access
You have access to the entire main floor and backyard. Access to the basement is not allowed. The space where there is a patio door to the backyard is shared with the basement tenant. Guests need to keep the kitchen door closed which is the path to the backyard locked for their privacy unless they want to use the backyard.

Interaction with guests
Guests can send messages through Airbnb platform or send a txt message.
Guests can call if there is an emergency or if I don’t answer their message within 15 minutes .
