Soak in the 5 person hot tub and enjoy the spectacular views overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the Queenstown township.
Located on one of Queenstown's best streets, only an eight minute walk into town where you will find an abundance of cafe's, restaurants and tourist attractions.
All rooms have King beds which can be split into twin beds on request.
The house is set over 4 levels as follows:
Level one - Top floor which has a self contained 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with separate entrance. There is an internal door which connects to the rest of the house, and can be closed or opened as desired.
Level 2 - Main entrance, garage, bedroom and bathroom and stairwells that connect to the lower and upper levels.
Level 3 - Main living, snug, dining, kitchen and large outdoor deck with Hot tub.
Level 4 - 2 x Master bedrooms with ensuites and walk in wardrobes. Full laundry is located on this floor as well.
This house is perfect for you and your extended family to enjoy an amazing holiday!

The property is in a fantastic part of Queenstown. You are close enough to walk into town, but you also get the benefit of some of the best views of the Queenstown township, Lake Wakatipu and the famous Queenstown mountain ranges.

Because this property can be split into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained apartment and 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house it means that when you have larger groups or extended family you can opt to have your own spaces. Alternatively you can open the internal interconnecting door and enjoy fun family time together as the house has ample room and space to accommodate everyone.
