Two pools (one is heated year-round), two hot tubs, saunas, a workout room and a game room with pool and ping pong tables are just steps away from your cozy vacation home.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Monterey Peninsula where it is easy to get to all nearby attractions and to day trip to Santa Cruz, San Francisco and south to Carmel and the Big Sur coastline.

Enjoy views of the bay from this fully-furnished and well equipped getaway. This is an upper level unit with views of Del Monte Beach and Monterey city lights. Once inside, the condo is all one level.

Living Space
Comfortable seating in the open-concept space and large TV. The ocean view balcony is a perfect spot to take in the sights and sounds of the sea. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is appointed with all the basics and more so you can enjoy creating meals at home. Bar seating is perfect for casual dining or chatting with the chef. The round dining table with comfy chairs are on hand for sit down meals and board games.

When you want to dine out, choose from a plethora of restaurants in Monterey and in nearby towns like Carmel-by-the-Sea and Pacific Grove.

Adventuresome guests will venture out onto the recreation trail that wraps around the bay to reach Fisherman's Wharf and downtown Monterey eateries and attractions.

Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom has a queen bed with quality linens and a TV. Fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves nearby.
The bathroom has a step in shower.

The unit itself does not have its own washer and dryer inside but a community laundry facility is on the property that conveniently accepts cards instead of coins (guests pay per load).

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. The nearby beach is dog-friendly and requires that dogs are leashed. The complex has a small off-leash dog area as well.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. Extended stays are often possible.
