Regarding parking:
We have a spot for loading & unloading bags, etc, but there are no spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St where there are lots of spots. PARKING IS METERED. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away, but the house is across from the beach, and steps from a grocery store, not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops & restaurants, bars, etc so most people don't need to use their car much. There are also numerous municipal and private parking lots located within walking distance that offer daily and long term parking.
