Villa Vigia est l'émeraude de la couronne de Manuel Antonio. Perché au sommet de Quepos Point, cette villa de luxe offre une vue carte postale méditerranéenne de l'océan, la plage et le parc national. Avec 2. 3 hectares et plus de 7 000 pieds carrés, ce est aussi une de la plupart des villas privées et exclusives de la région. Il ya deux maîtres, une chambre familiale et un appartement.

Chaque maître a un lit king size, salle de bain privée et vue sur l'océan balcon. La chambre d'hôtes dispose Upper 2 lits doubles et un ensemble de lits superposés (lit simple en haut, reine sur le fond). L'appartement est atteint à l'intérieur, et possède sa propre cuisine, salle de bains, terrasse et clos à côté des jardins.

Chaque location comprend un concierge, un service de ménage quotidien (MTWTF), un gardien / gardien 24h / 24 et un concierge.

Terrific vacation

The entire team were spectacular. They made our vacation run smoothly. There is a discrepancy in the listing - the distance to the beach is 20 minutes, not 2. The bbq was dangerous - we had to shut off the propane to turn it off.

Pleasure in the jungle

Very happy with the house and surroundings. House is literally in the jungle with awesome views to Pacific Ocean. We loved the visiting toucans and animals (sloths etc). House is great for a large group or family. Staff were very friendly. Great chef available during our stay.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Vigia

Villa Vigia is a wonderful house in Manual Antonio. We stayed there for 6 nights and didn't want to leave. The views are amazing, the house open and airy.

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. They have everything covered so all you have to do is sit back and relax. Chef Sofia, Vanessa, Flacca, and Santos are so wonderful and truly add to the magic. Cannot wait to return!

Loved every minute

Property was stunning and we had a daily parade of animals visiting us that made every day an adventure. Beaches were close by, pool was amazing. Everything was perfect. Staff were amazing. We were all sad to leave. Going back again soon!

Spectacular!

This house is truly amazing. Really gorgeous and spacious with all the features anyone would want. The pool is WARM, and the nearby ocean is even WARMER - so fun to swim in. And the furnishings and kitchen equipment are perfect. The staff was always smiling and helping and immediately responsive. If you can visit the Manuel Antonio area and stay in this house, DO!

Nice home with excellent views.

Our family of seven - all adults - stayed for Christmas week. Pros:- Location was great - very central in MA to national park and an amazing beach (must drive down a crazy but doable road). Restaurants were all within 10 minutes drive.- Bedrooms - we used the main three bedrooms - all were very comfortable and spacious- Pool / Outdoor space - is very pretty, good size - pool felt a little cold during our stay - maybe cause of the two days of rain and some clouds- Views - especially from the second floor are amazing- Vanessa was helpful and responsive with bookings and any questionsCon:- Lighting - the main, shared spaces on the first floor could use more lighting - sun sets by 5:30 and it definitely felt dark indoors - kind of annoying.

Best vacation home ever

We have stayed at many places all over the world and have never experienced a home as amazing as this one. On a daily bases we seen 10or more monkeys, 2 sloths that live in the trees next to the pool, iguanas, birds etc. we saw more wild life at our home than we did in the national park. The house itself was a slice of paradise!! We had a group of 11 and had plenty of room, there was a daily housekeeper that came and tidy everything up and an amazing grounds keeper that was so kind and helpful. The location was perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

The best of Quepos

This property is right in the middle of everything you will want to see between Quepos and Manual Antonio. Close to shopping, restaurants, bars, the beach, the marina, everything. Secluded and secure location with probably the best views of the beach possible. 2 upstairs bedrooms are both full masters 1 upstairs room with 2 doubles and double with twin bunk. Full down stairs apartment. This is probably one of the nicest for rental houses in Quepos

We miss everything about Villa Vigia.

The pictures on the website do not begin to describe the magnificent setting of Villa Vigia. Set on a hill above the Manuel Antonio beaches, the floor to ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the coastline. While the property and house are inviting, the heart of the villa is the wonderful staff. Their dedication to Villa Vigia and the comfort of their guests exceeded our expectations. Damien & Greg the concierges provided a memorable vacation. Chelsea the chef individualized the menu to suit our needs and even taught our son how to make crepes and pit avocados. We would be remiss not also mention Auxiliadora, the shy and efficient housekeeper. We ziplined, jet skiied, rode ATVs and toured the park. After each activity we looked forward to returning to the Villa to sit around the pool, enjoy the terraces and relax. Of course, we did not have to worry about securing a lounge around the pool. We have spent too many vacations struggling to secure lounges at crowded hotels, with so called butlers who never seem to materialize. This was the most relaxing vacation we've had in years. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful jungle retreat

The house was beautiful, and the grounds were amazing. The pool was great, and had lots of space for all of us and spectacular ocean views. We also had regular visits from several monkeys, sloths, big lizards, (huge) butterflies and tons of birds (including macaws and parrots). It was like living in a wildlife sanctuary and it was really cool. The house itself is a little older, and it’s starting to show some signs of age, but despite the age, the team taking care of the house does a spectacular job maintaining the property, and are ridiculously responsive to any issues. I think I texted Vanessa 2-3 times over the week we were there, with relatively minor (but urgent) issues, and every time Santos (the property caretaker) was addressing the issue within minutes. Our only gripe, and we knew about it going in, was the lack of any AC in spaces outside the bedrooms. It was really hot during our stay, and it would have been nice to have a community space we could eat or just all hang out in that wasn’t oppressively hot. Again, the listing and reviews were clear, so it’s on us not knowing how hot it gets in March, but that was the only real downside we experienced.

Superior house and staff

Where to begin??? First, Vanessa, our concierge, went above and beyond the call of duty with our extended family of 12, ranging in age from 3 to 69. She helped us with everything with a smile, including setting up 3 tours to Manuel Antonio National Park, a boat ride, and a Sunset Sails Trimaran sunset and snorkeling cruise. She was very available, even on her day off which was her birthday! We had many requests, including several taxi rides, a Visa that needed printed out, information about the house, shopping, etc. etc. We were late on arrival and she stayed late waiting for us to arrive, and giving us a house tour, and information about staying there, such as how to keep MOnkeys out of the house! I can't say enough about her service and availability and her communication before and throughout our stay. Her English is excellent, and we probably relied on her so much since we had very limited Spanish. Thank you Vanessa! The house, or should I say MANSION, was like staying in a castle. The online photos do not do it justice, and it has many nooks and crannies to hang out, including several dining areas inside and out. The kitchen was amazing, with everything one could imagine needing, including spices and coffee. Our sons and their families including 4 children, shared this space quite a bit, while us grandparents took the lovely apartment, which was fully air conditioned and had its own kitchen. It was quite hot (90-95 degreed) during our stay, so the pristine pool and fans in the house were very refreshing. The AC in the bedrooms was excellent as well. The pool was incredible, and we spent most of our at house time in and around us, while the kids literally turned into fish! The first day and large family (about 20+) of Tika squirrel monkeys put on a show on the patio for us, wrestling, showing off, drinking pool water, looking for food, mommas and babies scampering around, for about 30 minutes. We also saw many white faced ,monkeys, a howler monkey, sloths, macaws, toucans, frogs, and many multi-colored iguanas on the trail around the house. Staying in Manuel Antonio was an unforgettable experience, and went way beyond any of our expectations. The cleaning staff came in every weekday to wash towels, clean, and empty trash. We felt very pampered and sometimes told them it was not necessary to wash the towels every day. They were very friendly and quite accepting and tolerant of our lack of Spanish conversation. 10 stars****

A Fantasy Experience

Everything about our stay was beyond our expectations - the house is, quite simply, a fantasy! The location is amazing, the animal life stunning and ever-present, and the quality of the home extremely high. The pool is the highlight and the views are the stuff of your wildest imaginings. I can't say enough good things about the property. We are still talking about it several weeks later and wish we could all go back right this moment! Thank you to the team for such a wonderful vacation experience.

Simply amazing!

Our stay at Villa Vigia far exceeded our expectations. The accomodations were perfect for our family. My husband and I in one master, daughter and husband in the other, 2 teens in 3rd bedroom and single adult daughter in 'apartment'. The house and grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. No need to leave to see wildlife - monkeys visited daily, a toucan perched in a tree, and macaws flew overhead. The infinity pool was gorgeous, and the views from the pool area as well as all the balconies were breathtaking. The location is great. We were able to hike to a couple of beaches as well as some local restaurants. If you don't want to hike the hills, It's easy to get a cab. Vanessa, our concierge, was delightful to work with. She was so well-organized, was an immense help planning our itinerary, and was always available via text to answer any questions we had. All in all, it was a wonderful trip and we would definitely stay here again.

Impeccably clean, gorgeous villa with fantastic staff and one little flaw.

Let me just start by saying - this Costa Rica vacation was one of the best we took in a long time! Villa Vigia is gorgeous place with infinity pool, incredible views and monkey family, playing visits every day for an amazing show of Costa Rican wildlife just a few feet away! Accommodation at Villa Vigia are great for big family: there are 2 master bedrooms in the main house, along with one multi bed bedroom - all elegantly furnished and with gorgeous views from the balconies. There is, also, your grand mother and her hated boyfriend's quarters - apartment of some sort with separate kitchen and laundry room, accessible via concrete steps walk through garage. That apartment is good, but compared to main house bedrooms - does not feel luxurious, as the rest of the villa. To emphasize - this is excellent villa for large family or may be two couples with children and grandparents, but for group of four adult couples my wife and I were part of, it was a bit frustrating to deside who is going to stay in the granny's flatt. All the people associated with this property are extremely responsive and accommodating all your needs, grounds are gorgeous... But be aware if you have four couples. I love Costa Rica, hope you all will visit and enjoy it as much as we did!

Amazing experience

The overall experience with this rental property was amazing. From the initial communications with Kent to the incredibly helpful staff in the beautiful location it was an ideal place for three families. It was incredibly clean and well kept. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.
