Impeccably maintained Marco Island oasis! Desirable coastal open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Southern Exposure offers a secluded and relaxing outdoor pool area with a covered lanai and fenced-in backyard. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Starbucksjust a short distance from Tigertail Beach. The large kitchen island with seating for four, a separate breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an open floor plan make for a very comfortable yet cozy environment. The living room has ample seating, perfect views out to the pool, and a flat-screen TV. The main bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower.
Relax poolside in one of the two chaise loungers or a refreshing dip in the pool.
This home is the perfect getaway any time of the year.

The home was perfect for our family. There were high quality cooking utensils and pots and pans available to use which made me feel right at home. The pool was a favorite and the perfect size to enjoy as a family. The home was well equipped with everything a traveler needs including beach towels. It was very clean when we arrived. The home sits on a busy street but is located near shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. All the comforts of home making for a great Marco Island vacation rental.

Fantastic outdoor space

Property was clean, had a great kitchen, comfortable family room and bedrooms. The pool/outdoor area was our favorite spot! Property manager was responsive. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Perfect getaway

The house is exactly as advertised. Very clean overall and a wonderful, private backyard with heated pool and lanai. Location is right near the spots we wanted to go. The only thing for us is that the bed is much softer then what we are used to.

Fabulous House

Just perfect for us 3 ladies. The pool was so refreshing in the afternoon for cocktails. The backyard is surrounded by mature landscaping so there is plenty of privacy. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Plenty of beach towels. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Peaceful. Didnt want to leave. Only issue was the trash left by the previous guest stank very badly, but that was not the fault of the property owners. "Best sleep of my life."

Beautiful Property

My husband and I had a great stay. Beautiful property and was exactly what we were looking for, for our vacation get away. We had one thing that we had to notify them about (the master bedroom blind was not working, as we preferred to have it up so we had a view of the pool, as we do not have the luxury back at home) The blind was not fixed during our stay, which was a bummer but we understand. Would stay at the same property or other rental with them in the future.

Beautiful Home with Pool!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool especially! It was very clean, easy to get to, and close to everything we needed. Check in and out was easy, as the rental office was located just a few minutes away. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to visit Marco Island!

Your own little paradise

This home is beautiful! The backyard is simply paradise! Stunning tropical landscaping, comfortable patio furniture and the pool - I could have spent the whole week out there. We would definitely stay here again!
