Welcome to the new Tayua building! This property is two years old and has been welcoming visitors from all over the world to enjoy the wonderful amenities and magnificent views, not to mention the ideal location! Everything you need is within walking distance for an ideal vacation, promising magical sunsets and many beautiful memories.

All three bedrooms feature luxurious king size beds, spacious closets, ceiling fans, black out blinds and full separate bathrooms.

The bedrooms, along with the living area are outfitted with modern flat screen televisions, equipped with streaming apps & fire-sticks, perfect for relaxing after a fun filled beach day or a Mexican adventure!

The space is fully furnished with a modern beach flair. Enjoy cooking in our fully equipped kitchen, offering filtered drinking water, tap water and ice, along with many comfortable features to relax, connect and unwind.

We have many small decks off the main living area and bedrooms, fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy the breathtaking views and gentle sea breeze of the bay.

Additionally, we do have the convenience of a fully equipped laundry area, including; washer/dryer, drying rack, iron/ironing board and all washing needs.

All our guests have access to state of the art amenities in the Tayau building. One unique feature is the finger print access to the building & our condo, along with the elevator that takes you straight into our beautiful & cozy home. No hallways, no stairs. Just open and enter your vacation home!
