Prestige Accommodation in Prime Location

From start to finish the entire weekend getaway was seamless and streamlined, which has made it a high preference for a place for us to go and recommend to others. The layout of the property made it very comfortable for all the guests and access to beach, restaurants and the shopping centre was a "rock throw" away.

Great stay with friends

Spacious and well located. One thing that needs to be done is to clean the air conditioner. Apart from that, all good.

Spotless interior. Wonderful position - just cross the road through a strip of lush grass to the beach. Short walk to shops. IGA is the closest supermarket and is very well-stocked. Extra charges by Stayz were a bit of a shock when booking, especially the ‘resort fee’. It is not a resort. It is a large unit in a well-maintained block of flats. For our purposes it was great.

No contact with host. Amenities were good. Location and the layout of the unit are fantastic. Not so fussed about the need to take your own garbage out (at over 1,000 per night), and the 3pm check-in could creep forward an hour or two, and the strictly 10am checkout could be stretched to 11am, to really make guests feel like the focus, rather than the focus being on the admin of the property. Overall an excellent unit.
