Location! Location! Location!

Modern 2 bedroom townhouse which can accommodate up to 6 people with off street parking. Located across the road from Austinmer beach. Fantastic views.

Directly across from Austinmer Surf Club.

Close to Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Bars and public transport. Perfect for the family getaway.

Kim is happy to accommodate flexible checking arrangements when available.

Book now for an idyllic getaway, sitting on the balcony or in the front yard watching the kids surf.



The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape.

The town house is set up as follows;

- Downstairs has large open plan lounge, dinning, modern kitchen with laundry and toilet attached. There is a Queen size fold out sofa bed plus study nook in loungeroom don`t forget about the 65` Android TV. Free WIFI.

- Upstairs has 2 generous bedrooms both with king size beds and a full size Bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have oversized built in wardrobes.

Bedroom two has a king size bed which can be converted into two singles.

- There is good size undercover outdoor area with dining table and outdoor lounge. Webber family Q, BBQ.

- The yard is secure (fully fenced ) with plenty of grass.

- There is also a clothes line in the court yard.



We live locally and are contactable at any time for assistance or advice. You can be rest assured that if there is any issues that arise on your stay we will be there to help you resolve them.



The location is the perfect position to enjoy a relaxing beach escape.

- 3min drive to the Village of Thirroul which boasts a great variety of Restaurants, Coffee shops and shopping outlets.

- 8min drive to the infamous Sea Cliff Bridge.



Great access to everything you require for a great holiday.

- 10 sec walk to Austinmer Beach.

- Directly across the road from Austinmer SurfClub

- 5 min walk to Little Austinmer Beach (Dog Beach)

- 7 min walk to Headlands Hotel.

A real treat by the beach!

Terrific beachside accommodation

Perfect for a short summer break. Traveled as a couple with an adult son. Swam at the patrolled beach across he road every day. Lovely outdoor dining area.

Comfortable townhouse

The accommodation was perfect for our stay, across the road to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Kim and Trent were very responsive and considerate. We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to visit again soon

Wonderful beachside family retreat

Great location and excellent for a family of 4. The place is immaculately clean, very nicely decorated and very well equipped. On rainy days we were thankful for the huge TV and comfortable living space. Also only a 5 minute stroll up the lovely Moore St to a couple of delightful cafes.

Perfect stay!

We had the most amazing stay! We wish we could've stayed longer than the weekend. The place was beautiful, clean, tidy and the perfect location! The check in process was easy, and it had everything we needed. Kim and Trent were amazing when we needed to contact them and were so helpful with the set up for our baby who came on the trip. Gorgeous house and hopefully will be able to come back and stay again soon

Beautiful townhouse close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Trent and Kim’s beautiful coastal townhouse. They were so easy to contact and the place was exactly as it was described on stayz. Clean home,a variety of amenities, close to beach, cafes and walking tracks. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Family Holiday

Right across from the beach with a wonderful house equipped with everything you need. Kim is always contactable. The house is perfect and like a hotel but with all the privacy of your own residence. Wonderful!

Perfect location

We stayed for the second time at this beautiful place, and absolutely loved it again. Perfect location just across the road from the beach, and so close to local cafes. Especially wondering able to see the ocean from inside we well. The hosts were incredibly accommodating with any requests, and communication was excellent. Lovely little touches as well. We’d love to stay again.

Great place

The road outside was way louder than I expected and there isn't really much open at all unless you go into Thirroul, but other than that, everything was great. I really appreciated all the extra blankets as it was a bit cold and I don't like using air con very much, thank you for that!

Absolutely Perfect

The home was perfect for our needs. The place was comfortable and ideal to location to visit friends/family. The view was amazing and we couldn't ask for anything more. Perfect family stay

My husband and I took our nearly one-year-old on our first holiday as a family of 3 and this townhouse in Austinmer couldn’t have been more perfect! So well appointed, clean, modern home and we were so pleased to have a cot and high chair for our little one. Hosts easy to communicate with and nice cafe, beach and playground within walking distance. Thirroul town centre also a pleasant stroll away. Would recommend staying here! Jess
