With two large living rooms, the second space is perfect for a kids games area. Dine inside in the cool of the air conditioning or alfresco in the expansive garden. Travel with your group with ease, with space for up to five parked vehicles and a boat.
This brand new home is designed with style and comfort in mind. In the living room, an L-shaped couch wraps under sundrenched windows. Gather for a movie on the colossal wall-mounted TV with Netflix. A second living room with a couch and TV is ideal for family games or relaxing with a book. Blinds, air conditioning, fans and breezy windows ensure pleasant temperatures all year round.
Dine at the chic timber table with soft high back chairs. Calm coastal art adorns the walls. The contemporary kitchen certainly brings cooking inspiration. Meal preparation is easy with the wide stone island, walk-in pantry and french door fridge. Enjoy new appliances such as gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
In the large backyard, an additional eight seater table sits under shade, perfect for firing up the barbeque. Picnic on the grass or play on the level concrete.
