The Sea Watch charges a $50 Registration Fee per vehicle, CASH only due to the building upon arrival. 7ft height maximum. Up to 3 vehicles with the exception of holiday weekends. Outdoor Pool is seasonal, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Indoor Pool hours available upon request.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY! No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Sorry, no pets are permitted at the premises.

There is absolutely, NO smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
