****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This amenity filled building is ready to make this year the best Ocean City trip you have ever had. You will enjoy the easy access to the beach that this beachfront property provides. On those days when you don’t want to be on the beach, enjoy the large sundeck with an outdoor pool, kiddie pool and tiki bar. There is also a heated indoor pool that is open for year-round enjoyment! There is a tennis court along with a pickle ball court for those of you looking for a little competition. The kids will love the game room that also has two pool tables. There is a nice size gym for those of you looking to keep up with your workout routine and a sauna to help you relax those sore muscles. The building is located on 109th street and close to excellent restaurants, grocery stores, Northside Park, movies, miniature golf, go carts, laser tag and even a water park.

This beautiful beachfront unit has updates throughout! The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a tile backsplash along with updated cabinetry and is ready for all your culinary creations. The master bedroom has a king size bed and amazing ceiling to floor windows that provide an unobstructed view of the ocean along with access to the ocean front balcony. There are double beds in the second bedroom and a queen in the third. Both bedrooms share a second balcony that looks out toward the bay and coastal highway. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. You will love having three full-sized bathrooms in this unit which is extremely rare. The living room and bedrooms have flat screen TVs and there is free WIFI for those that want to “stay connected.” There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit for guest use.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A one-time $75 resort fee paid to directly to the Golden Sands at check-in and this will provide 1 parking spot. Additional parking spots may be available at $20/day but are on a first come first served basis. (Parking is handled directly through the bldg.)
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 4th floor. Golden Sands is an elevator building.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 109th street.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
