Additionally, a standard shower is included for your comfort. For added convenience, a separate vanity is provided in the master bedroom.

Additionally, a fridge and freezer keep your ingredients fresh, while a toaster crisps up morning delights. A kettle stands ready for quick hot beverages, and a coffee machine is on hand for brewing your favourite pick-me-ups.

Enter our expansive outdoor sanctuary, thoughtfully designed for both young adventurers and beloved pets. Here, they can frolic, run, and play to their heart's delight. The covered outdoor area boasts an al fresco kitchen, a snug seating enclave, and an enchanting atmosphere illuminated by strategically placed lights ensuring you relish the complete outdoor camping experience while enjoying all the creature comforts you desire.
As the night sky reveals its majestic beauty, come together around the inviting fireplace to toast marshmallows beneath the starry canopy, creating enduring memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.
To enhance your experience in this coastal haven, an additional private heated outdoor shower has been added which allows you to conveniently rinse off the sand after your leisurely beachcombing or refreshing dip in the inviting waters and for your ultimate convenience, a washing machine is housed in the alfresco kitchen cupboard. These thoughtful additions ensure your stay remains effortless and comfortable, allowing you to fully embrace your time in this idyllic outdoor haven nestled just a stone's throw from the coastal shores and immersing you in the heart of beachfront living. Awake to the gentle symphony of ocean sounds, partake in leisurely beachcombing, or dip your toes into the inviting waters. Your slice of paradise is just beyond your doorstep.

Rest assured with one parking spot on the property and additional street parking, you'll have no trouble finding suitable parking arrangements for your stay!

Pets
We welcome up to two pets as part of your stay, recognising they are cherished members of your family.
Please ensure pets remain in outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor access is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure our home remains suitable for all guests.
To make your pets feel comfortable, we offer a fully fenced yard for them to enjoy, along with a charming mini caravan exclusively for their use - giving them their own special space to relax.
An additional fee of $59 per pet, per stay, applies once your reservation is confirmed.

Please note the caravan allows a max of 2 adults; the single bunk bed being offered is not comprised of standard size single beds; instead, it features kid-sized beds only and is exclusively intended for individuals aged 12 years or younger. Please consider this information before making the booking to ensure these specific requirements are met or contact our office for more information.

The campervan you're renting is located in the backyard of a private property with a main house. While you have exclusive access to the caravan and its backyard area, other guests may be renting the main house during your stay. Both the caravan and main house have separate entrances and outdoor spaces, and there are no shared communal areas unless both parties agree to do so during their stay.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host a maximum of up to 4 guests with a max of 2 adults including visitors and prior approval required for extra guests. The single bunk bed being offered is not comprised of standard size single beds, instead, it features kid-sized beds only and is exclusively intended for individuals aged 12 years or younger. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $500 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.
