Whether you're sunbathing, taking a dip in the pool, or simply enjoying a cool drink, you'll find it hard to resist the allure of this outdoor haven.

Perky Pelican features a bright and open first floor with an expansive kitchen, dining area, and a welcoming living space. The kitchen comes equipped with an island for your culinary adventures, and the dining table seats 8 for memorable family dinners. Natural light pours in from the balcony, giving you a view of the neighborhood. On this floor, you'll also discover the first master suite, complete with a California king bed, a spacious private bathroom with a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. The master en suite even has its own balcony with direct access to the pool. For the kids or extra guests, there's a cozy sleeping nook with twin-over-twin bunk beds; each bunk has its own wall-mounted TV.

As you make your way to the second level, you'll find three more inviting bedrooms. Two of them are connected by a jack and jill bathroom, one with 2 queen beds and the other with a queen bed. The fifth bedroom is a master en suite with private balcony access.
