The open-concept design is light-filled and allows for seamless flow between rooms, enhancing the overall feeling of luxury and comfort. Experience effortless cooking and channel your inner chef in the fully-equipped kitchen. This is the ideal house to spend special time with a large family or friends.
Step outside to your private oasis. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony, lounging in the garden, having a hit of golf on the private tee and green with the kids, or enjoying a cozy evening in the courtyard, the outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation.
Gulf View Retreat can accommodate up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms (plus a detached studio). The large master queen suite has an open loft-style design, with high ceilings, sensational views, and its own private bathroom. Another queen suite is located downstairs, with ocean views, ensuite and direct access to the garden.
The third bedroom also has a queen bed that shares a 2-way bathroom. Bedroom 4 is located upstairs and comprises 2 single beds and its own private staircase. You will find a kids hangout retreat in the converted garage complete with 2 sets of bunks. The detached studio completes the sleeping arrangements, offering a fold-out sofa bed (no A/C currently).

Location: Normanville Heights. A quick drive into the township of Normanville and local beaches.  

Bed configuration: -14 guests (6 bedrooms) B1: 1 x queen, B2: 1 x queen, B3: 1 x queen, B4: 2 x singles, B5: Converted garage 2 x bunks, B6: Detached studio 1 x pull out sofa bed.
Bathrooms: 3 bathrooms to include two ensuites and main bathroom is a two-way inclusive of a bathtub. 
Facilities: Modern appliances, coffee machine, gas and electric cooktop, dishwasher, double door fridge/freezer, free wifi, golf green, foosball table, bbq, laundry facilities, foxtel, large flat screen tv.
Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fans located throughout the property. Reverse Cycle A/C in converted garage (no A/C in Studio)
Pets: Strictly No pets welcome.
Fenced: Fully fenced. 
Special features: Views are incredible. Large residence with ample space, modern appliances, and multiple living areas.
Cleaning: A cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Fleurieu Accommodation/Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel,
hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
