Spectacular Shoal Bay has the famous Country Club for dining and entertainment, a variety of fine dining restaurants, local cafes, and boutique shopping just a 6-minute/ 450 metre walk. Not far away Nelson Bay CBD and D’Albora marina - boasts boutique shopping and restaurants, a 5-minute drive.
Unit 4 Blue Waters is located on the second floor and has an open plan living/ dining area with a wall mounted TV, DVD player and comfortable lounges. There are glass sliding doors leading out to the balcony where you can enjoy a drink and appreciate the natural breeze, water glimpses and bush surrounds, the perfect canvas for relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen has complete cooking facilities including an upright stove, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Aldi K-Fee coffee pod machine.
The main bedroom has a Queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan and access to a private balcony overlooking the street front, the second bedroom has two Single beds, freestanding robe and the comforts of a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a shower over a kid’s size bath, making this easy for young children, toilet, and vanity, and the internal laundry is located off the bathroom and is equipped with a top loader washing machine and a dryer.
Overlooking and surrounded by natural bushland, this beautiful property provides everything you could possibly need to make your stay in Shoal Bay perfect.
